Been here multiple times and service is always quick and friendly. Pearls are chewy and fresh. I usually order the same thing and they are pretty consistent on the ice and sugar levels. Prices are better than other shops in Kelowna too. Highly recommend!

This is my go to bubble tea place, I have tried multiple places and they aren’t the same or don’t compare to rich tea! I specifically like there pearls and how the brown sugar tastes more genuine compared to other places, I always get the same drink everytime, so I have yet to try the other ones but I’m sure they will be just as good! Sometimes they do take quite awhile to make the drinks when it’s not even that busy which is a bit unfortunate

Rich Tea in Kelowna was alright. I ordered a mango green tea with pearls and it tasted more like pineapple or some tropical mix. I would have to try another drink to see if there are better choices. I'm on the fence about returning, but Rich Tea is a decent option if you're in the mood for a bubble tea. I'm more used to the bubble tea chains in Metro Vancouver like Chatime or Coco.
