As a French, I went there to try a Canadian bakery with no special expectation.It s very small inside (3 to 4 people capacity) and I had to wait outside with others. My girlfriends and I had a blast participating in their sourdough beginners class. I’m a newbie and this was the sourdough I made in the 3.5 hour class. We were provided with a starter and two loaves to bake at home fresh for breakfast!
