OPA! of Greece Orchard Park

Place was not busy but the server was super impatient and short with us. After paying she said they had no potatoes and would give me extra rice. Thats not acceptable. I chose my order FOR the potato. After handing us the order she hid in the back and forgot to give us our drinks. We had to call her back up front. This is not my first bad experience at Opa. It shouldn't be a surprise.

Just at there and was charged for a pita/fries combo and I didn’t realize it until half way through eating. I didn’t get the combo The pita has 3 cucumbers and 6 pieces of lettuce. I can’t ask for $ back as I didn’t get receipt. Won’t be bacm

Ordered several items, 2 orders of calamari & ceasar salad. Could not even chew calamari. It was tough as leather. Gross. Waste of money.

I normally go to Opa and have wonderful experiences, everywhere except the mall location. I went for lunch with a co worker today he ordered the gyro wrap and the people at the counter put the smallest amount of gyro meat not even 1 full slice of gyro. I asked if that was all and that I had never seen ANY Opa put that miniscule amount on a pita before. They said that was the right amount and then continued to put tiny amounts of veggies on... He wasn't going to say anything but I did. He agreed it was quite a bit less than normal. All I have to say is cheap!! Stop being so cheap when you guys are raking in the cash. I spent $20 on my meal and was still hungry... Last time I go to that location and honestly Ive noticed this pattern everywhere I'm being very choosey with where I spend my money ...

I don’t think Indians should be cooking Greek food. Our entire food was burned and the lamb super chewy.
Very unfortunate for a good place like this to get a bad reputation

All I can say is wow! The gyro pita was amazing. Crisp fresh lettuce! The taziki was super tasty. The calamari was incredible and tasty. The baklava was comparable to a resto I ate in Crete last month! Super happy I took the plunge and ordered! Will be ordering more and more from here! Thank you for a great meal!!! SETON, Calgary AB

Ordered the kids meal which include a souvlaki, rice, half pita and a fountain drink. The food and service were okay, not amazing but they did the job.

Most of the time me and my wife visit this place very good service and food quality is amazing.
Best recommendation for vegetarian is falafal wrap.

Counter at Metrotown Mall Food Court The order taker Simran is a pleasure to deal with! Very pleasant mannerism and clearly does her job well. Love the food and the service is great.🙂 Most people eat out for a pleasant experience and not just to fill their stomachs so an impressive employee like that is important.
