The food is good. The rice a little bland but mixing with the rest of the plate is fine. The service was quick and everything seemed fresh. Only point, no hairnet, even if it's fast food it should be obligatory.

I went to OPA to grab some food quickly after an extremely busy day as I didn't want to cook this evening for my family. The staff were very kind, and offered me another item, bag, and whatever I needed.Great experience! The meal was just what I expected and anticipated and the kind girl making the food made sure to ask me whether I wanted parm, etc. Great place no complaints!

This place should be shut down! The people that work here (the men) sport ping beards and no one ever has a hair or beard net or covering on!The middle aged man with the hat (see pic) used his BARE hands to grab falafels and put them in a to go box for a customer. No gloves!!! For that matter, no one is ever wearing gloves, but bare hands!!!! Come on!!! I’ll be reporting this place to the health department

My autistic kid orders the same dish all the time fry bowl with no topics. There is a man working there who never had an issue since he pays the same so just don’t put toppings. Then there is a new girl they hired who made up the whole thing complicated and gave him small plate of fries and chicken separately ?♀️ so when I said it was fry bowl she started blaming it on the kid that he said he wants no toppings so I can’t give him that. And obviously the kid doesn’t understand what he said wrong as he always ordered the same thing and never has a problem before. It costs the same toppings or no toppings. Not only she didn’t even say sorry it’s a blunt denial and rolled the eyes so other workers felt bad and apologized on her behalf. How hard was it to just give the kid the bloody fry bowl with no toppings since he pays you the same anyway and not to make a drama queen of herself ? I hope she doesn’t ever work in the service industry or with children as a matter of the fact. Making honest mistake is one thing being intentionally rude and making the kid feel like ordered something that’s not allowed even if he didn’t is a different thing especially when he is autistic and it takes time for him to get over those experiences that he would be simply afraid to order there again.

Food is super delicious and fresh as today I visited there and the girl name Prabhjeet was so polite and gave her best to provide me good customer service . I really appreciate it . The whole staff is good as most probably I love to visit .
Guy decided that it's cool to serve my rice with his hands. He picked it up from the container and put it on my plate?Guess one tiny hand serving of rice and one burnt potato is just fine. He was also more concerned about talking to someone than actually making my food too.I won't be coming here again. There are many other good places to eat in the food court that actually practice food handling hygiene and customer service

Just got a take-away wrap and am super disappointed. Hardly any filling, all pita bread. This place used to be great service and great food but seems lately things have gone downhill.

This place use to be 5 stars. However I've had bad experiences the last few times. Most recently I walked up to the counter and the cashier was smiling and laughing on the phone in a foreign language which is an indication it wasnt about business, making me wait for a personal phone call for longer than what i normally care for. I then ordered, and tried asking for fountain water with my meal. She tried charging me for a fountain drink and I saw this on the register and brought it up. They almost never have lamb ready, but I asked for a lamb wrap. The two ladies talked amongst themselves after we finished the transaction and said to each other they don't have lamb and gave me chicken instead without telling me directly and still charging me extra for the lamb I never got.But hey, the food is really good though. Just poor service
