I don’t understand why their online ordering is open, their hours say they’re open, but when I drive all the way downtown Friday evening at 7, they’re closed. Extremely disappointed.

Completely wrong order. Order was missing more than half the items I ordered and the dessert was wrong.

Ordered 8 bowls for pick-up and unfortunately nothing was labelled which is difficult to gauge what was ordered given everything was covered in sauce and mixed, then the quinoa and rice were hard as if they were kept in the fridge, one bowl we added masago for +$2 but didn’t receive. Lastly, we found a weird hard, rock-like shape item in a different one bowl as it was bit on and spat out. The w broadway location is wayyyy better than here… a real shame

I got the worst rice I've ever paid for from anywhere. It was not properly cooked at all. It was crunchy on the inside and mushy on the outside with big clumps. Unfortunately for me, I mixed my whole poke bowl together before I realized that the rice was inedible. What a waste of my money.
