I’m visiting from Toronto, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fish. The amount of high quality ingredients, with the perfect seasoned and cooked sushi rice made this bowl the highlight of my day long stay in Kelowna.I got the main.. and you should too lol

One of the best pokebowl I had and for a honest price, especially considering the freshness of ingredients (tuna, salmon , crab..)

Got food poisoning from a tuna bowl here yesterday. Had it at 3pm on April 2 and I’ve been sick ever since.Update* still extremely sick at almost 48 hours later

I love their bowls in general. However, today, after months of being frequent customers, the bowl make me sick. I don't know if it has to do with the remodeling or how cold the area where the fish are is, but something didn't work. I really hope you review the quality of your product.

Our company ordered lunch for 14 people. Hey tell us 90 minutes later the restaurant wasn't prepared for a big order like us, and would take longer. They didn't tell us how long it would be.So if you are out there looking for a place to order 14+ dishes consider other options.Sushi is really ? batter to buy Walmart sushi than this oneMy friends ordered the Main bowl. It was good

This used to be my fav. But new management sucks. I bought alot off them. But lately the have cheaped me off meat toppings. So nowawdays i go to Sushi Zen nearby. I get great service from them plus Zen have been around for a long time.

I visited at the most busiest time they probably ever had. They were very efficient. They gave me good advice to not get sushi cuz it would take longer and just get the Poke Bowl. That was the best advice the Poke Bowl was just fantastic. And there was so much of it. Even though they were so busy we were in and out of there in 15 minutes. I will be going back at my earliest opportunity.Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian but they did list vegetarian optionsParking: Typical Downtown parking situation. Luckily we sailed thereWheelchair accessibility: The store is very small but it definitely was street level. I didn't check the washrooms.Dietary restrictions: They did have a little notice saying that they could handle dietary restrictions.

They packed the wrong drinks for our pick up order on Aug 7th!On the website, we order two alcoholic drinks - Mango Fiesta Cocktail and the Cocopandaquirl Cocktail which each costed $8. The pick up time was 20-30 minutes afterwards and we arrived shortly after the scheduled time. The food wasn't ready during pick up time and we had to wait 10 minutes total. After we left and reached home, we realized they gave us the wrong drinks completely!! They were non-alcoholic drinks that costed $4-5 each - could have been Mango Mint/Yuzu Lemonade and the Coco Panda. We were extremely disappointed...

When I first went last yr, the young indian lady gave me bird portions and I never went back again. But my friend wanted to try the place recently so I just went with her and the man gave her AWESOME portions. So I went back there again and asked the guy to serve me. It was awesome. But be cautious of who is serving!

Decided to stray from my usual "The Main" and try out their special "Tuna Tataki" with seared tuna and seared avocados. I didn't get any seared avocados, just a scoopful of the regular avo mash. Also the tuna wasn't seared, it was blasted with a propane torch and now my entire bowl tastes like gas. Not impressed.

The service was AWFUL. My family of 3 ordered together and our 2 bowls were made first, the 3rd person ordered 2 sushi rolls. The staff member decided to help the next couple in line before making the rolls. My family finished their bowls before the sushi was even made. This POOR SERVICE added about 30 minutes to our evening that we could have spent enjoying the city.If you plan on eating here have each person order individually so you can actually eat together.
