Panago is consistently “good”. It’s not amazing, but it’s good. They are always consistent with fresh ingredients and I’m never disappointed. My go-to is the tropical Hawaiian with the cheesy cheddar dip and I enjoy it every time! My only dislike is that I wish their crust wasn’t so tough on day 2.

We had placed a big order for a Pizza day at work, and when we went to pick it up we saw it was only one lady working at that time (I believe there were more, but maybe out on delivery). Still with such a big order and only one person there, we still got our order on time, and with a smile. She was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed, and added some extra dips to boot. Thank you! :)

I ordered a BBQ chicken with the caramelized onions replaced with red onions. When my pizza came out of the oven the guy making it stood behind the oven for a good 5 minutes doing something on my pizza. I then realized he was picking the caramelized onions off the already cooked pizza while cooking red onions on a tray by themselves to put on my pizza after. I used to work at Panago so I know how the pizza making process is properly supposed to work and that’s not it. I then confronted him about it and he straight up lied to me. I know because I still found caramelized onion pieces on the pizza after. The worst part is that I also didn’t see him wash his hands once after dealing with a customer in between. Extremely disgusting and unprofessional. Especially at that price.

Despite the delivery driver arriving with only our pizza and none of our drinks, we were hesitant to pay without receiving our full order. Consequently, the driver left with our pizza, expecting us to want it after he went back to retrieve our missing items. This experience has left us utterly shocked. We cancelled the order.

EXTREMELY RUDE employees and even worse pizza. do yourself a favor and grab a couple frozen pizzas from your favorite supermarket..... you'll be way better of. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight and both were delicious! I also forgot to add the dips when placing the order. I called Panago and let them know I didn’t receive my dips. Even though it was my bad, they immediately reconciled the situation and delivered the dips! Great service and great pizza.
