Ordered 2 pizzas tonight and both were delicious! I also forgot to add the dips when placing the order. I called Panago and let them know I didn’t receive my dips. Even though it was my bad, they immediately reconciled the situation and delivered the dips! Great service and great pizza.

There was a mistake with my order, so I called back to get it corrected, I had a little bit of a tight schedule, but they suggested I talked to customer service. Customer service bent over backwards to try and make things good, they went above and beyond. They really didn’t more than I expected I mean what was an error somewhere in the process, turn into an excellent experience. I was very impressed!!!

I ordered from this store the other night. Pizza took just over an hour to arrive. I could've dealt with that just fine but the problems for me were when I actually got the pizza. I ordered 4 dips and paid in advance. Driver said they had no dips. Bummer. The pizza was cold. Cheese had solidified. The crust was super dry and chewy. Dough might not have been fresh or exposed to the air for too long.Anyways long story short, wasn't entirely happy.Contacted customer care...
