They delivered the wrong order. I called to let them know we didn’t order spicy buffalo wings, but the person on the phone argued with me, insisting there was no mistake. He refused to exchange it for the correct order or issue a refund. When I asked to speak to a manager, he claimed he was the manager but wouldn’t give me his name or let me speak to anyone else. Absolutely ridiculous—one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
