Absolutely worth the line up. Best ice cream place in town. Definitely try the lavender ice cream. The lavender comes from a local lavender farm! Also yes for sure get the waffle cone for $1. You will not be disappointed!!!
Really flavorful ice cream and great staff! I really love this store, especially the cookies and cream, which is rich but not too heavy, with nicely balanced flavors. They have a lot of unique options, so itās definitely worth stopping by to try some. Highly recommended!

We love this ice cream shop. Everyone is always so friendly and the ice cream is fabulous. Most recently, we took our boy Odie to get his first ice cream ever. This week Odie got sick unexpectedly and with a quick progression we had to choose how to spend his last day quite quickly. We brought him into parlour to get a vanilla ice cream and he enjoyed it at the beach. He even stole some of his dadās salted caramel cone, and by his smile you can see it brought him so much happiness. Thank you for being so kind to our boy and all the dogs in Kelowna!

I stopped in for the first time today and had an enjoyable cone. The staff were friendly and I was given a bowl for ājust in case,ā which was a nice touch.
I see from previous reviews that samples arenāt offered in order to keep the line moving along, but I really wish they were an option when things arenāt as busy. It was a rainy and chilly day and I was the only customer at the time, and as it turns out I didnāt much care for the flavour I chose.
Parlour is the best locally-made ice cream in Kelowna! You can tell fresh ingredients are used and they make the waffle cones in house. The salted caramel is my favourite but you can't go wrong with any of the flavours. If there is a lineup, it is worth the wait. Super convenient location too right downtown across from city park.
