I've been working in the neighborhood for about a decade now. I still come back here for the Cubano. Most of the time when I have one elsewhere I'm chasing the ham/cheese/pickle dragon that I first had at Pearson's. Thanks again!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Pearson's Deli, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. The owners were exceptionally pleasant and made us feel welcome. Their hospitality added a personal touch to our experience. It was evident that they take great pride in their deli, not only through the delicious food but also in creating a friendly and welcoming environment. The menu showcased a variety of options, but their sandwiches were the standout. Their commitment to serving excellent food was evident with every bite.I highly recommend Pearson's Deli to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The combination of excellent food, welcoming ambiance, and friendly owners makes it a local gem!

Got a nasty rotten piece of tomato on my sandwich and that will be the last time I order from here.

I called them needing lunch for a last minute staff meeting. I needed lunch for 12 people and only gave them 1 hour notice. They came through with out an issue. Very happy with them.

Make it a “go to “ if you are passing through Kelowna or living here. Friendly welcome, plentiful menu assortment, efficient service, and great tasting breakfast and lunch always finished with a dessert ( bacon chocolate chip cookie !)Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten free breakfast, lunch and dessert options ( power balls ).

Went for lunch with out of town guests. They'd heard such good things and were itching to try it. It wasn't my first visit but I thought I'd give it one more try as previous experiences weren't stellar.Counter staff were nice. Friendly and helpful in offering suggestions.Food was mediocre at best. Soup was cold, hot sandwiches were barely warm enough to melt the cheese inside. Salads not really flavorful, kind of bland.Nothing inside the place says 'thank you, come again'. Not warm or cozy or welcoming at all. Not even anything unique or interesting to make one think 'that's a neat place'.

Found this place randomly on way to Oyama. Have young kids who are fussy and they were not happy to eat here. However we ordered 5 chicken schnitzel sandwiches which were awesome. Also had cheese steak sandwich which was very tasty too. Kids were surprised they liked it so much! A hole in the wall that turned out to be a diamond!

Yah the girls up front are nice enoughBut they clearly write down what you want…The one time my mom went thru forgot her bacon.. When I went for the first time I had them make a sandwich for my boyfriend and I said it had to have bacon .. That time my mom got her bacon.. we went in today and I ordered a saladAnd my mom didn’t get her bacon again that she paid extra for btw… so it’s clearly obvious that they “forgot “ the bacon because they didn’t have any made… and this time it was so quick we were shocked at his quick it was but it’s because they “forget “ what you want even though they write it down!!! So NOT worth the price!!!They put a bunch of meat and cheese on it to justify the price but it’s not worth it! There’s so many other places nicer places to go if I want to spend 16$ on a flipping sandwich!!!They should be top shelf quality for those prices. It’s too bad I wanted to like this place cause it’s local but I won’t be back.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a parking spot right out front for wheelchair accessibl

So here's the issue.. almost all of the servers are wonderful, except for one person. A (maybe) late 40's lady that exhibits poor hygiene constantly behind the counter and throughout the deli. Coughing into her hands, wiping her nose with her hands, then rearranging all the drinks in the fridge. Then behind the deli, picking at the skin on her face and then touching customers food.. this really isn't ok. And there's no excuse for it. It's such a pity because everyone else seems to take hygiene seriously there, so they're let down by this one person.Unfortunate as well that everyone else is very polite and friendly, but this lady with the poor hygiene also seems to be unhappy to be there, quite short with customers - just shouldn't be working there. Used to be one of my favorite places in town. But I can't in good conscience go there if the food isn't handled and served in a safe manner.

Wouldn’t go back, ordered a salad and it was alright, but for $15 you expect it to be a lot better than it was. The sandwich was ok, it did have lots of meat I’ll give them that much, but again, very expensive! Service girls were very polite and nice, but I just won’t be back….,

What a great local gem! Fresh food, excellent coffee and friendly service! We enjoyed a fantastic ham on rye sandwich - so fresh and flavourful. Great value for the price. They even have a place to sit outside in the summer. Highly recommended!
