Restaurant is prioritizing waiting customers over delivery drivers. They served 4-5 customers just ordered despite they have online order on their hand.
PS- Thanks for considering to improve. Hopefully you might need additional help at least during the busy time. Just reminding not only drivers waiting the customer ordered online also waiting and they are also your customers. Unfortunately never had this experience in other restaurants. If you need extra time set the prep time to maximum time you need to complete than keeping drivers waiting. You might not understand drivers not paid for waiting and may not get any potential tips due to restaurant delays. Hope you understand and consider this to improve your service.

I had an amazing experience at this pita pit, thanks to mandeep and gurveen ! They was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. You can tell they takes pride in her work—everything was fresh, well-prepared, and put together with care. It’s always great to see someone who genuinely enjoys making customers happy. I’ll definitely be coming back.
