I find the food here overpriced for what you get. The quality of veggies was really good and the flavours were basic and dependable. Although when it comes to shawarma I feel there’s other places in this town that do it better for much cheaper.

Been coming here for years… last three times like no toppings, this time absolutely worst!!! For 15$ a pita, stop cheaping out! Paid even for extra cheese to guarantee a little cheese and still way less!!! Bad business practice being so cheap!!!!!!!!!!!

Just had Take Out Pita’s from the Innovation Drive location. Absolutely fantastic! They’ve always been great, but today was even better than usual. Nice clean store, fresh ingredients, and super friendly staff. I had to double check the price because it seemed like it was too good of a deal. Great value! Thanks Pita Pit!

After a long time, I visited a place where employees are working happily. It's rare to see smiles on workers' faces nowadays, but here, the employees seem genuinely happy and smiling while working. Especially Mandeep; she has served me three times this week on my visit to kelowna and is always smiling and happy to help. She deserves a raise for her exceptional service.
