Pizza hut used to be the best pizza ever. Always consistent and delicious.
Now it's like they just don't care. Last year we had issues with the wrong pizza being delivered a few times in a row which they blamed on new staff. It just made us look elsewhere for good pizza.
Felt like giving it another chance, did my online order, even called to make sure they saw the pretty basic alteration I requested. Got there and was told one of the pizzas was still cooking because they made it wrong. I clearly should have checked both boxes when I went back again to pick up because I got home and the one with the alteration was fine but the standard one with NO changes was wrong.
So disappointing! Remaking and delivering is great but you know what's better?

I ordered 2 pizzas. $47 paper thin. No toppings. I called to complain and they hung up. Then I tried calling back 10 times and nobody would answer. My complaints to pizza hut main office went unanswered. Pizza Hut is the new Blockbuster. Never buy from them.

we just ordered a handcrafted pizza as we usually do but they made it as a regular pizza base. We tried to call in store but no one answering it.
I ordered three pizzas. Two were missing ingredients I ordered. When I tried calling the store no one picked up. I tried 3 more times before I decided to just leave this review. Terrible customer service.
Tried to call multiple times over an extended period of time with no response, even tried calling while sitting inside the restraint and phone rang 3 times over without anyone of the 5 working picking up. They were all just sitting on their phones playing games

Placed order for pick up. Tried to call in for over 40 mins no answer on the phone when I walked in saw 3 employees (one sitting on a bucket in the lobby) all playing around on there cell phones no work was being done when I asked about the phone issue the refused it ever rang I think management needs to hire people that know what there doing or at least people that take responsibility. Based on all other reviews I'm not sure if they even care or want to improve service
