I ordered three pizzas. Two were missing ingredients I ordered. When I tried calling the store no one picked up. I tried 3 more times before I decided to just leave this review. Terrible customer service.

Tried to call multiple times over an extended period of time with no response, even tried calling while sitting inside the restraint and phone rang 3 times over without anyone of the 5 working picking up. They were all just sitting on their phones playing games

Placed order for pick up. Tried to call in for over 40 mins no answer on the phone when I walked in saw 3 employees (one sitting on a bucket in the lobby) all playing around on there cell phones no work was being done when I asked about the phone issue the refused it ever rang I think management needs to hire people that know what there doing or at least people that take responsibility. Based on all other reviews I'm not sure if they even care or want to improve service

Food came insanely fast in around 20/25 minutes from ordering thats why im doing a two star.The pizza was incredibly lackluster and did not remind me of anything remotely close to pizza huts pizza in general. They forgot half our dips, didn't salt the fries or the chicken on our second pizza and it was overall just such a weak experience. I really didn't want to order from here but my friend was adamant and was craving nostalgia.Colossal miss and will not have food from this chain after this.

This place is BAD! Bad food bad attitude bad service. When I asked to speak with the manager about the above the girl gave me attitude and hung up. Wrong order, 3 hours to deliver etc. Ruined our evening.
