The pizza was good. But the pricing is a bit silly. The base price is only for the crust, and then you're being charged for every single thing you add, including the pizza sauce. Nobody else does it like that. When you order a one topping pizza everywhere else, you get the crust, sauce, cheese, and a topping. At Pizza Pizza, they charge you for each individual thing.

So slow and not helpful anytime we've been in to the kelowna location. They never have cheese pizza available for slices and when you ask if they'll have any available soon they just shrug and ignore you. We've been to the west bank kelowna location and the employees there are sooo much more helpful and friendly. Super disappointing as I grew up with a Pizza Pizza down the road and its always been a favorite of mine but I hate going into this location now.

First time ordering from Pizza Pizza Kelowna. Have seen many adds on TV so thought we would give it a try. They say deliver in 60 min or free, they delivered exactly at 60 min. Pizza was still kinda warm. The pizza itself was exactly what you would expect from a discount pizza place, eatable but not really good. Crust was very well cooked on top & bottom but middle still kinda raw. This would be a great place to order pizza’s for a kids party, other than that No. This will be the first and probably last pizza we order from them unless I need to sponsor someone’s kids party.
