I'd made the reservation as it was a special occasion and we were sat right by the door.... We got to listen to the phone calls Porters received and conversations the staff were having with people waiting to be seated. Seating us there felt like a strange decision. Our food was decent and we liked that there were different options available aside from the traditional breakfast items.
The service wasn't great—staff didn't feel welcoming, and the atmosphere felt rushed. I'd trade Porters for Denny's or Cora's. Our waitress seemed uncomfortable relating to us, and I couldn't help but wonder if race was a factor. Disappointing experience.
The food was amazing and the hosts and servers were super amazing. I booked on this site and when we got there they didn't have our reservation do to some “ lagging “ on your website. So instead of waiting 10 min we had to wait close to 40 mins. Had to wait outside which was fine because it was a very nice day. If we had to wait in our cars if it was raining I'm sure we would have left !!!! We will go back again and again. Thank you
Great experience for family brunch. Great tasting food. Friendly helpful service. Open concept dining. Children booster seats and high chair available. Made online reservation. Best to do online or call for availability as this is smaller restaurant with lots of business. Good parking availability.
Highly recommend a reservation to avoid disappointment. The place was packed and had a regular table turnover during the entire time we were there. They have an excellent menu with a variety of fresh options. Everything we had was delicious. Our table sampled a variety of items and there were no complaints only rave reviews. The coffee, both regular and flat whites were outstanding. We will definitely be back!
not worth your time. they have a a super slim menu with no good options, the waffles were overcooked and bland, and my friend got the eggs meal and the portion sizing is unbelievable. the bathroom stinks and is so dark. you’d be better off going to any other breakfast place, plus it’s overpriced anyways. the service was bad and it took way too long for our group size

What a nice surprise having breakfast at Porter's. A very nice restaurant with very good ambience for a breakfast, brunch, lunch establishment. The eggs, bacon and potatoes were cooked to perfection. The poached eggs were the very best i have had - hot and medium. The bacon was crispy and the potatoes were like nothing I have had before. To top off the morning the service was superior. Andrea was attentive and very professional in looking after us from the time we walked in the door until we left. She is a great ambassador od a wonderful restaurant. We will be back,
A late review but I gotta say that the chicken waffle is the best Ive ever had. Every component is perfectly seasoned and cooked, a must try.

I recently visited this breakfast spot and was thoroughly impressed! The maple ramen miso was a unique twist on a classic dish, rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The souffle pancakes were light and fluffy, making for a perfect sweet treat. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly, adding to the overall great experience. If you're looking for a delicious breakfast, I highly recommend trying these dishes!

I was super excited to eat here, but honestly, it was pretty disappointing. I’ve been here twice now and both times I asked for soft eggs and they were definitely medium, not runny at all. The hollandaise sauce is just missing some thing and it just mostly taste like butter. The bread used for the eggs Benny also just didn’t really work with it. It’s mushy and weird. Why a biscuit? Also I just wanted avocado, don’t know why they basically put guac on it. I also tried some of the pancakes and they were a bit dry. The smashed potatoes are OK but definitely not as good as the potatoes at oeb. The mushroom breakfast bowl was basically the same same issue as the Benny with the hollandaise

We ate on the patio. So nice and sunny for an October morning We had trouble deciding because everything looks so amazing. What a terrific menu. My daughter had a hotdog that was over the top delicious and a really nice salad. I had the bacon eggs benny and the homemadenness came through in spades!!! I may order a double portion next visit!! Yum ?

Great brunch spot attached to a local brewery, best of both worlds.

This review is only for the classic breakfast as it was a bit over priced and wasn’t very filling or warm maybe it sat out too long. IHOP and Denny’s u would get sausage and pancakes in addition for same price and be full. Other items I am sure are good but the classic breakfast was basic, if I go again I will order something else. They also made me sit in the corner near the doorway to the patio so everytime door opens and closed bunch of cold air was blasting inside towards me and was cold in addition that chair was placed next to a sharp metal corner and I banged my elbow 3x into it when sitting and it hurt.. they should reconsider having seats there.

In memory of my father’s passing every year we go out for lunch and have beef dip. This year we chose Porters. This is a great place with a nice menu! Attached to Copper Brewing so the beer options are great also. Service was excellent and the beef dip was delicious. I had salad with mine and my mom had smashed potatoes. They also have a dog friendly patio! I’m looking forward to coming back to try something else!

We had a great family brunch at Porter's. The menu is extensive and I was a little spoilt for choice. I opted for the Texas brisket benny which is served on biscuits. Super flavourful but I did find the biscuits a little dry for my taste. My mother-in-law gave the chicken and waffles a 10/10! Everyone enjoyed their meals and coffee, plus we were treated to exceptional service. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
