We made a reservation for the weekly “Big Board” for a Birthday get together, and it was incredible. We added on several side dishes with the board, and everything was top notch. The steak was cooked to perfection, and we were all blown away by the quality of the food. All 7 of us are looking forward to coming back soon to try everything we missed out on! Local, seasonal ingredients are fresh and flavourful. The ambiance is laid back and there are some great music events. Definitely a must try.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and pre-ordered the big board. The service was exceptional and the food was cooked perfectly. The onion rings were the best we had ever had. The porterhouse steak was cooked medium rare and was top notch quality. The stuffed baked potatoes were huge. We highly recommend this place. We also heard that the chef that creates the big boards won Chopped Canada! We'll definitely be coming back again!

Great beer, excellent food and some of the friendliest staff! Check out this perfectly cooked monster steak ontop of a mountain of fries that Brock whipped up for 2 men with voracious appetites. We left stuffed. If you've never been or haven't for a while I'd highly suggest taking a trip down to Kettle River/ Provisions and seeing what's new!
