The male employee hates their job; super slow and poor customer service. We went to a different Quiznos in Penticton yesterday and their service was exceptional which made us come back for lunch to Quiznos in Kelowna today. Very disappointed. Though the female employee was much nicer to deal with here.

I got the blackened steak sandwich and it had the most disgusting sauce on it it was like a sticky sweet dumpster juice little bit my fault I guess for not reading the fine print in the menu but when you order a steak sandwich you don’t expect it to have some random sauce on it I ate half cause I’m starving tried to take the other half back for a half refund but was refused they did offer to make me a new 6 inch but unfortunately my lunch is only a half hour and I did not have time for this hope it was worth loosing a customer over and I hope you improve your menu signage
