Best ramen I’ve ever had! The broth was so flavorful, the noodles were perfect, and the service was great. I’ll definitely be back!

Without a doubt the best service I’ve ever had, they bend over backwards to meet your group size and needs. Very fast turn around out of the kitchen. Amazing food

Tasty and bustling little ramen shop. Would love some items that are neither deep fried nor a salad, for appetizers, however.
The Tonkatsu Ramen was good. Sweet and savory. Filling and nice and simple. The little crunchy garlic bits were delicious and the hints of pickled ginger were a nice addition. They didn't over stuff the bowl with things that didn't belong and I liked that.
Super friendly and smily service. Clean well lit open kitchen. I don't think most people will be upset with this meal and the prices are good as well.

Delicious and thank you for vegan and gluten free options!
This is a tiny little place. It is busy all of the time.. and this is obviously due to their yummy food. If you haven't tried it, you should.

Man, Hokkaido style miso ramen in KELOWNA? Legitimately impressed. Perfect for a cold, rainy night.
I only wish it was more like a Japanese style ramen place in terms of vibe and privacy but I get that won't totally jam with how things are done here and that's okay.
Wait staff were sweet and adorable and exactly as attentive as they needed to be like a proper Izakaya etc.

Authentic, quality food. But it was the staff that made it such a good experience for our family. We had 4 kids with us and it made them more attentive rather then annoyed! They brought our kids a treat and treated us all so well! We had two celiacs need gluten free and that was a success too. They had rice noodles instead. Well priced too. Will return in a heartbeat.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free for celiac
Kid-friendliness: Great with kids!

The place is a hidden gem behind the Landmark District. There is no parking available in front or maybe it is hidden somewhere. There is also a limited amount of seats inside considering that you’ll be eating a hot ramen which will take some time unlike a burger or sandwich. I like the ramen that I ordered here although it is not superb and nothing special about it. The takoyaki is also good but I like the takoyaki better in some restaurants.
The main point for me is the service which could greatly improve. They are not that welcoming and will rush you to order or pay. Some have difficulty in communicating as well.
Although the place is well kept clean even the kitchen area which will tell you that your food is safe and prepared well.
Worth a try but not for me to come back.

Ramen Arashi in Kelowna has been my go-to spot for over a year now, and it's easy to see why. From the moment you arrive, it's clear this place is popular. There's often a small line outside, so patience is key, but trust me, it's worth the wait. For those short on time, takeout is always an option, as the cozy seating inside fills up quickly.
The atmosphere transports you from Kelowna to what feels like a ramen house in downtown Vancouver. The staff are impeccably dressed and provide attentive, professional service. But the real highlight here is the ramen. Having sampled ramen at over 50 restaurants throughout my life, I can confidently say the quality at Ramen Arashi is unmatched. The meticulous attention to detail in their open kitchen is remarkable. Every bowl is carefully crafted, and the presentation is always flawless.
The broth is a masterpiece—if I could, I'd bottle it up and keep it in my fridge at all times. Rich, flavorful, and comforting, it's easily one of the best I've ever had. The ingredients are fresh, perfectly cooked, and balanced to perfection. It reminds me of the authentic ramen houses in Japan, where each bowl tells a story of tradition and passion.
If you're a fan of ramen or Japanese cuisine, Ramen Arashi is a must-visit. It truly stands out as one of Kelowna's finest dining spots.
