Loved it we attended a fundraiser for mental heath there!

This place has plenty of seating, a restaurant in the front, and a full cafe at the back. It's quiet enough to have an actual conversation. I'll definitely be recommending this place to more people, now that I know about it.

Absolutely love Rustic Reel! Yummy snacks, great coffee and tea drinks, the staff are lovely, and there is always lotssss of seating! And a rare thing in Kelowna: a parking lot! The indoor seating area is huge and has tons of natural light making it perfect for working on your laptop or having a little date. Their patio is also very spacious and such a treat when the weather is warm. I will always recommend Rustic Reel to anyone looking for good food, beer, AND coffee.

Good food. I wouldnt call the smash burger a smash burger though, it's sorta just a regular unsmashed burger. Still good though.
The girl with the glasses and shaggy brown hair was a great server and should get a raise, very attentive of the table. 👍

The pumpkin spice lager is phenomenal!! I had a great time with my family at Rustic Reel.

Are we really in the timeline where you have to pay $5 extra to get sour cream and salsa with your nachos?

The waffles were flavourless and drier than stale bread. The hash browns were about the same. Quite the rip off. Definitely don’t recommend.

Worst brunch I have had in a long time. Stopped by for food on Sunday. Sat outside on the patio and the server walked right past me 4 times over 15 minutes before she finally asked if I wanted to order food. When the food came out it was the saddest looking meal ever. I got the skillet and there were barely any eggs, like 7 beans and the potatoes tasted like they were 4 days old and someone deep fried them to try and re use them. Greasy, dry and shrivelled. Unfortunately this meal cost about $25. They’ve got a great sunny patio and I’ve had a beer here many times but service and food is lacking.

Cute little place for a chill date out or to work on your laptop. We rode our bikes for some drinks. The banana matcha was killer, I drank it so fast, my partner had a good iced dirty chai latte. We got a flight after and although the beers had great flavour, they were all flat. It was like drinking an old beer that someone forgot about. We mentioned to the server the taste was great but if it was supposed to be low carbonation and she said that’s just how their beer is made. Not our thing but not too shabby flavour wise.

Went for brunch , amazing food. The pretzels were delicious. Highly recommend. Great vegan and vegetarian options too. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

We got married at Rustic Reel on June 21, 2025. We cannot say enough good things about the venue - it was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the staff were all incredible, and the food exceeded our wildest expectations. We’ve received so many compliments from our guests about the staff, the food, and the the venue itself. Every detail was perfect.

A special shout-out to Jade, the Events Coordinator. She truly pours her heart and soul into her work, and it shows. The time she dedicated to perfecting every little detail, alongside the bigger picture items, made all the difference. She made us feel so at ease and truly brought our vision to life.

Rustic Reel has this timeless, classy yet cozy charm that makes it the perfect place to celebrate with your closest friends and family. If you want your guests to feel right at home while enjoying an unforgettable night, this venue is it. We’re so glad we chose it, and we will cherish the memories forever.

Tackle Box coffee bar. Recommended by a colleague. Had a mocha, kelownut& a slice of banana bread for later. Kelownut had a custard filling. With minimal tip $18. Which is about average for Kelowna.
