Are we really in the timeline where you have to pay $5 extra to get sour cream and salsa with your nachos?

Great beer and location though.

The waffles were flavourless and drier than stale bread. The hash browns were about the same. Quite the rip off. Definitely don’t recommend.

Worst brunch I have had in a long time. Stopped by for food on Sunday. Sat outside on the patio and the server walked right past me 4 times over 15 minutes before she finally asked if I wanted to order food. When the food came out it was the saddest looking meal ever. I got the skillet and there were barely any eggs, like 7 beans and the potatoes tasted like they were 4 days old and someone deep fried them to try and re use them. Greasy, dry and shrivelled. Unfortunately this meal cost about $25. They’ve got a great sunny patio and I’ve had a beer here many times but service and food is lacking.

Cute little place for a chill date out or to work on your laptop. We rode our bikes for some drinks. The banana matcha was killer, I drank it so fast, my partner had a good iced dirty chai latte. We got a flight after and although the beers had great flavour, they were all flat. It was like drinking an old beer that someone forgot about. We mentioned to the server the taste was great but if it was supposed to be low carbonation and she said that’s just how their beer is made. Not our thing but not too shabby flavour wise.

Went for brunch , amazing food. The pretzels were delicious. Highly recommend. Great vegan and vegetarian options too. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

We got married at Rustic Reel on June 21, 2025. We cannot say enough good things about the venue - it was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the staff were all incredible, and the food exceeded our wildest expectations. We’ve received so many compliments from our guests about the staff, the food, and the the venue itself. Every detail was perfect.

A special shout-out to Jade, the Events Coordinator. She truly pours her heart and soul into her work, and it shows. The time she dedicated to perfecting every little detail, alongside the bigger picture items, made all the difference. She made us feel so at ease and truly brought our vision to life.

Rustic Reel has this timeless, classy yet cozy charm that makes it the perfect place to celebrate with your closest friends and family. If you want your guests to feel right at home while enjoying an unforgettable night, this venue is it. We’re so glad we chose it, and we will cherish the memories forever.

Tackle Box coffee bar. Recommended by a colleague. Had a mocha, kelownut& a slice of banana bread for later. Kelownut had a custard filling. With minimal tip $18. Which is about average for Kelowna.

Great beer and drink options, sit down service or you can order from the counter. Food menu available and lots it room for kids and dogs on the patio.

We had our wedding in the Beer Hall and it was absolutely amazing!! Jade and her team did an incredible job! The decor looked amazing, the food and drinks were amazing, and the staff were incredible! Jade was so helpful and provided so many great ideas and tips. It was our dream reception and our guests had a great time! Thank you so much!!

I had a terrible experience here yesterday with a friend. The staff brought me the wrong order and my friends order was cold( hollandaise was cold) . Instead of apologizing and rectifying it our server Brooklyn, suggested my friend try first and see if it was cold. Then we waited for over an hour for my avocado toast. The server finally came back and said the kitchen was backed up and we could go it we didn’t want to wait! Umm I put my order in an hour ago why is it not prioritizing in the kitchen? Again no apologies for the wait. Over an hour later I was brought a pathetic piece of toast with mashed avocado and the egg. No garnish etc.. should have taken all of 5 minutes to make. VERY disappointing Brooklyn and crew. You’re absolutely the B team on the weekends. We’ve been there before and had great service . It will be a very long time if ever if I return, unfortunately due to the attitudes we had from the staff. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
