Ordered a drink and asked for a tall orange juice, got a tiny glass of orange juice, told the server and let her know I would just take this drink the way it was just make it right on the next one. Finish my drink and Order another one reminding the waitress of the correction. The same drink showed up once again it was not until my 3rd drink it actually came the right way. And was charged full for the first 2. At the same price as the third.As I was the driver that night I was simply Ordering Orange juice. I just wanted a tall glass of orange juice..... never thought I would be disappointed about orange juice.

Nice place to go hang out with buddies, pub food and drinks. You can play Pool and darts and the room feels really spacious in that regard which is also nice.

Where do I even start…. Went here with a group of people and was greeted by a very friendly yet strange waitress who was running around like a maniac. She could barely focus on one thing and even though she wrote down our orders, forgot numerous items. The worst part was when we were ready to leave..I asked for my bill and after 5 minutes of not receiving it I reminded her. At that point everyone else asked for their bills as well. The waitress proceeded to go back and forth to the till and print each receipt seperately, coming back every 5 minutes with one receipt. (I asked for mine first and never got it). She was talking at the speed of light and was incoherent at one point. After 25 minutes of waiting for my bill, I went to her and asked for it right there. She then messed up my bill and had someone else’s stuff on it. This girl was clearly coked out or something as she could not focus on one thing at a time and was just talking nonnnnn stop, sometimes even over you while you were trying to explain. Terrible experience and would never go back solely on the aweful of service we got.

Have been coming here for years. The foods decent, staff is typically very good. However I feel inclined to write this based on the management change recently.Have personally witnessed on separate occasions disgusting professionalism from the newer manager. She's middle aged and replaced Rae.Few weeks ago she was disciplining a employee near our table in a quite loud voice. Felt very bad for the girl. Everyone needs guidance but should of been handled away from customers.This recent Saturday febuary 10,2024 a few of us were having drinks and saw the same lady at the bar ( I assume this new manager ). She was barking orders at the staff while drinking Glass after glass of wine. Then preceding to hop behind the bar and and start working herself. I would assume the owners wouldn't want to promote drinking on the job.Purely writing this to make sure the owners are aware of these types of issues. I'm sure they wouldn't accept this type of behavior if they witnessed it.Do recommend this place. The servers are great and food is decent. Beyond current management issues.

I ordered a salad here and I found what I belive was a finger nail in my food... won't eat here again. I wouldn't recommend it.
Don't care for the fact that you have to buy a drink/pop everytime you order a plate of wings on wing nite. Wings aren't really a deal anymore since COVID & insane inflation anyway...

My wife and I are not really pool players but we came here for a fun lunch on a Friday. Despite our clear novice abilities and not knowing how the system worked, the server was very kind and gracious in setting us up with a table. We had a couple of beers and had a great time shooting pool amongst the regulars. Our server was attentive and our food and drink orders came very quickly. We will definitely be back and I recommend Rusty's to anyone looking for a fun way to spend an evening or afternoon.
Food was awesome, REALLY REALLY good wings. Service was super nice, slight food error but both the server and manager working were INSANELY nice and helpful. Overall great time.

I used to come here regularly ten years ago. Since, then the aesthetics have been updated well and the space feels cozier. I had planned to stay playing pool for a few hours but the music choice and speaker sound quality were jarring, so we only stayed for one game. If anyone opens a pool hall that doesn't play repetitive heavy metal through tinny speakers, please take my money!
