Ordered chicken pad thai for takeout at evening opening time. Showed up 10 minutes later to find my order ready so that was nice but the food was only warm at best(ate it in parking lot before doing other shopping). Portion size was ok and flavor was a little on the bland side for my liking. I have tried many different restaurants and have made my own as well for reference.

We came from Vancouver & reached there at 2.05 pm. & it was closed with a little note saying closed for lunch from 2-4. Must update the hours on google.

We had lunch here today while visiting Kelowna, and it was such a great experience! Our server (who was also the host and cashier ) was incredibly accommodating. Even though papaya salad wasn’t on the menu, they happily offered to make it for us.
We asked for level 4 spice (they offer spice levels 1–5 and Thai spicy), and it was exactly what we were hoping for: spicy, authentic, and delicious! They also made sure my husband’s meal was fully vegetarian, adjusting both the Pad Thai and salad to be free of oyster sauce and fish oil.
We only wish we had a Thai place this good back home in Vancouver. Thank you for the warm service and amazing food!

We ordered 3 dishes that were amazing. One had two Thai peppers on it and was great, not too spicy. It was the best Thai dinner we ever had. The soups are fantastic too!!

The noodle dish I received lacked flavour and spice and was overly sweet. It tasted like a Sidekicks product. Only a hint of the traditional Thai flavours were present. Would not recommend. It was a weak impression of Thai food.

Food was mediocre, for a pretty big price. Lack of flavor and the pad Thai was mushy, and the shrimp was rubbery. Not chewy, or have a slightly springy texture, just mush.
