Went in today, absolute phenomenal food. The halibut croquettes were to die for the steak was done perfectly and the gelato was fabulous, great holiday menu. In the world with fast food and chain restaurants the chefs here need to be commended on the art they call cuisine.

Shoreline Brewing Co is an absolute gem in Kelowna. The vibe is unbeatable — bright, relaxed, and right by the water, making it the perfect spot to hang out with friends or unwind after a long day. Their beers are super smooth and full of flavor (honestly some of the best local brews I’ve tried), and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is also next-level — fresh, well-seasoned, and way better than your typical brewery menu. Every time I go, I leave happy. Highly recommend if you’re in Kelowna and want great drinks, great views, and great energy.

Can’t say enough about how great our experience was at Shoreline Brewing. Our server, Brooke, was absolutely incredible friendly, attentive, and just a pleasure to chat with. We also tried the new Christmas drinks, and every single one was fantastic. Between the awesome service and great drinks, we’ll definitely be back soon!

Open mic night at Shoreline was a blast. The Shoreline Poutine was the best late night snack too. The new manager, Brooke, was incredible and made the visit so fun!

Came here last night for dinner but after 8 they were on the night menu. We left and came back tonight. My daughter ordered the shrimp tacos but got the fish tacos. I had to yell across the restaurant to finally get someone’s attention. My daughter than shared my pizza while they took 20 minutes to make the shrimp tacos. By the time she got what she ordered she was full. I tried to tell them we didn’t want a remake but no one would stop to listen. So paid $22 for something she didn’t eat.

In response to the manager’s reply:
I understand that this was not because I am Asian.

I was told that my drink was unavailable, so I ordered an orange juice instead. However, I was served something that appeared to be a cocktail, which was later replaced with orange juice. On the bill, the cocktail price was listed, and when I pointed this out to the server, she said, “It’s the same price!” I then pointed to the menu on the table and said, “It’s clearly not, right?” The server went to correct the bill without offering an apology.

Mistakes can happen to anyone, and I am not blaming anyone for that, nor do I wish to attack a staff member personally. However, the way the mistake was handled felt far too careless. This is simply my honest account of how I felt during my visit as an Asian customer.

If your team is confident in that level of service, then I truly cannot recommend this place to anyone.

My drink was the only one that never arrived. So I politely asked the server. To my shock, she snapped at me and said, “I told you — we don’t have it!”
I was stunned and left speechless by her rudeness.

I then had to reorder, but what came was completely different from what I had asked for — and worse, it included ingredients I’m allergic to. So I approached the man at the bar, who had been making the drinks, and explained the situation. He was kind, apologized, and brought me the correct drink right away.

However, the server’s rude behavior didn’t stop there.

When she brought the bill, it included a drink I never ordered. I pointed it out and said, “I don’t think this is what I ordered,” but she replied, “It’s the same price.“ Of course it wasn’t!! She sighed and finally went to fix the bill.

Every other winery, restaurant, shop — even McDonald’s and gas stations — welcomed us warmly during our trip to Kelowna.
But this was the only place that treated us so disrespectfully.

We got the pizza. Honestly not great. The Margherita had a sauce that tasted like it was from a can. No vegetables at all. The pepperoni had some bologne style pepperoni that was not great.

The worst part is the pizza is severely undercooked. Crust should be crusty. Toppings should be crispy. Each slice was a floppy disappointment. My guess is either the oven isn't hot enough or they aren't cookies the pizzas long enough. I don't know anyone that likes soft crust pizza.
