This is my favourite place to go after the beach! Amazing service and vibe. The manager, Brook really sets the whole vibe and she’s so lively and just lovely!

Open mic night at Shoreline was a blast. The Shoreline Poutine was the best late night snack too. The new manager, Brooke, was incredible and made the visit so fun!

Came here last night for dinner but after 8 they were on the night menu. We left and came back tonight. My daughter ordered the shrimp tacos but got the fish tacos. I had to yell across the restaurant to finally get someone’s attention. My daughter than shared my pizza while they took 20 minutes to make the shrimp tacos. By the time she got what she ordered she was full. I tried to tell them we didn’t want a remake but no one would stop to listen. So paid $22 for something she didn’t eat.

In response to the manager’s reply:
I understand that this was not because I am Asian.

I was told that my drink was unavailable, so I ordered an orange juice instead. However, I was served something that appeared to be a cocktail, which was later replaced with orange juice. On the bill, the cocktail price was listed, and when I pointed this out to the server, she said, “It’s the same price!” I then pointed to the menu on the table and said, “It’s clearly not, right?” The server went to correct the bill without offering an apology.

Mistakes can happen to anyone, and I am not blaming anyone for that, nor do I wish to attack a staff member personally. However, the way the mistake was handled felt far too careless. This is simply my honest account of how I felt during my visit as an Asian customer.

If your team is confident in that level of service, then I truly cannot recommend this place to anyone.

My drink was the only one that never arrived. So I politely asked the server. To my shock, she snapped at me and said, “I told you — we don’t have it!”
I was stunned and left speechless by her rudeness.

I then had to reorder, but what came was completely different from what I had asked for — and worse, it included ingredients I’m allergic to. So I approached the man at the bar, who had been making the drinks, and explained the situation. He was kind, apologized, and brought me the correct drink right away.

However, the server’s rude behavior didn’t stop there.

When she brought the bill, it included a drink I never ordered. I pointed it out and said, “I don’t think this is what I ordered,” but she replied, “It’s the same price.“ Of course it wasn’t!! She sighed and finally went to fix the bill.

Every other winery, restaurant, shop — even McDonald’s and gas stations — welcomed us warmly during our trip to Kelowna.
But this was the only place that treated us so disrespectfully.

We got the pizza. Honestly not great. The Margherita had a sauce that tasted like it was from a can. No vegetables at all. The pepperoni had some bologne style pepperoni that was not great.

The worst part is the pizza is severely undercooked. Crust should be crusty. Toppings should be crispy. Each slice was a floppy disappointment. My guess is either the oven isn't hot enough or they aren't cookies the pizzas long enough. I don't know anyone that likes soft crust pizza.

Brought the family for a post swim dinner here at shoreline. Our server Shavon was very friendly and attentive. The beers were fantastic, the lime lager was my favourite and the chicken sandwich I got was pretty damn good. My only complaint is the patio tables have seen better days and are quite wobbly making it annoying to eat off of

Mixed First Visit to Shoreline Brewing

Took the family out for dinner tonight, excited to finally try Shoreline Brewing after passing by many times. Unfortunately, the overall dining experience missed the mark.

We were greeted by a friendly host and seated quickly, but were told to scan a QR code for the menu. Without Wi-Fi, this was nearly impossible—and trying to get a server’s attention for the password was frustrating. Once we connected, we finally saw the menu, but I really don’t like relying on a phone to order. A printed menu would’ve made the experience feel a lot more relaxed and personal.

We ordered wings, which were disappointing—very little meat on the bones. The Caesar salad was overwhelmingly mayo-heavy and not very enjoyable. The Margherita pizza was decent, but the second pizza never arrived. When we asked, our server blamed the kitchen for dropping it, but we saw her enter the order late, so it felt like we were being misled.

That said, the beer was excellent—flavourful and well-crafted. It’s clear the brewery knows what they’re doing when it comes to brewing. So while I wouldn’t return for the food or service, I’d definitely come back for a pint on the patio.

Ice cold flight of beer in addition to whiskey BBQ wings what more can you ask for! Bartender and servers were wonderful and quick! Definite must for appraisers and drinks after a nice beach session! Thats Kelowna living for ya! Another great place along the water to check out.
