The food here is just so bad. I’ve tried different things three times. God they need to change their menu.only does well because of the location and everyone in town that I know says their food is bad and overpriced.

I’ve been to this restaurant before and have never had any issues, however my most recent visit left me upset. My boyfriend and I (both 21) were refused seating in the restaurant because I did not have my government-issued ID with me. He had his ID on him, clearly showing he’s of age, however we were told that I still needed a "guardian" to sit down and eat—even if no alcohol was being ordered.

This policy seems absurd and inconsistent, especially since I have never been asked for ID at this establishment before, just to order a meal. It was disappointing to be turned away like this.

The beef dip was quite nice! Love that they did it on a hot dog bun, made it soft and enjoyable, had the perfect amount of toast on it for the crunch!

Some breweries should just remain breweries. I was served a beef dip on a hot dog bun. Sat on a hard bench. Had a confused server (although to be fair had a bigger group of 15) so maybe that was little to much for her. In a really tough food industry its hard to execute on all elements. The beer was ok/good...perhaps a rethink of the business model is in order.

We always have a great meal here. The best fish and chips in town and Friday nights have a fish and chip deal that includes a beer. It is dog friendly and a great spot to relax.

Unlike the other breweries in this region, Shoreline provides table service with not only a positive attitude, but a positive environment. Jen the manager is the best, she will not disappoint; therefore, her staff are also amazing!

The food here is incredible. We have been a few times now and I have to say for a brewery. It is top-notch ranked against many of the other choices. Definitely recommend and definitely would come back again for the Kelownafornia crispy chicken sandwich. it is amazing and ranks number two as the best in Kelowna. (#1 is from The Spot @ Priest Creek Family Estates)

Great location and merch! We were shopping for merchandise and asked if they had any other sizes they said no and walked away with no help. We still ended up buying 2 hoodies and t-shirts. They also accidentally poured us 2 others beers that we did not order and told us that it was an accident and that they would cover the cost. We were then billed for the 2 drinks that we didn’t order.

My group of 4 waited by the "please wait to be seated" sign for 15 minutes without any staff member coming to greet us. I made eye contact with one server but she immediately broke it, I suppose it was too busy?

Waited 40 minutes for truffle fries ($14 btw) and they came out cold. No quality check or apology. Offered to remake them but wasn’t worth the money.

Horrible food. Service sucks. Save your money. Go to Hugo’s next door and save the disappointment.AND before they get all defensive, I did tell the server. Cold congealed nachos which even the server said “ I think they were ready a while ago but waited for the burgers…” The best part was, this was my birthday lunch. Went home and made a sandwich. Thanks for the memories Shoreline…. I’ll remember NOT to return
