One of my favourite places to eat, unfortunately their customer service fell flat. Yesterday at around 4:30 we ordered on Uber Eats with a pickup time of 6:30. With about half an hour left our order was cancelled (6:00pm), leaving us high and dry for dinner. I did try to call and left a message but no answer and no call back. I am disappointed as this is one of my favourite restaurants, I just would have liked to see this handled differently.

I LOVED IT! First the ambiance is really awesome. The decoration is on point. Great music selection. Service is GREAT, love all your staff style. Cocktails were delicious and the korean beef ribs?! My god, I dreamt about it all night afterwards. I keep looking for something wrong but frankly can t find anything. Oh yeah maybe one thing… Why are you not in Vancouver?! ;) Thanks for the night, will definitely come back if I am in Kelowna again

Was a great experience! The food was a culinary delight and a foodgasm for the tastebuds. The servers were super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Also super refreshing to see staff more casually dressed.Overall a great experience and we would go back anytime!
Great atmosphere! So original and fun ! Best Brussels sprouts ever! The staff were super friendly ??⭐️.thank you Taylor , the gentleman who greeted us at the door and who offered free spring rolls on another visit because they ran out , and the friendly bartender ????

This place is amazing. I was in town for business and we came here for dinner. The host gave us a tour and gave us the story of the place. The service was great and the food was amazing! I definitely recommend anyone to visit here!

Visiting Kelowna for 2 months and here is our favourite place so far.Our waitress was Jasmine. She provided an exceptional service throughout our meal. Her warmth and attentiveness made our dining experience truly memorable. We'll definitely be returning!
The restaurant/bar has a 1970's vibe which was very interesting and sparked some good conversation. Food was quite good and the menu eclectic and interesting. Service was great and timely. Only negative comment is the bathrooms needed some attention.

A little gem, very eclectic! Not a fan of the incense smell as I found it overwhelming and had a hard time breathing. The server was very accommodating and moved us to the bar area. Pizza was delicious thin crust!The cocktails very pretty!

Skinny Duke's is a go to favorite, never disappoints! The vibe is always cool, servers have conversations with you and treat you like you come in every night. No canned delivery of the typical server lines, they are down to earth and just have a conversation with you. Drinks are tasty and the food is always delish. Keep doing what you do and delivering that 70's vibe.

Skinny Dukes is a fun dining experience. We enjoyed the 70's memorabilia, and background soundtrack from the era. The food choices were all enjoyable and unique fare. We will be back!

We had the most amazing meal at Skinny Duke's! It was a rare dinner out for us (parents to a little one!) and the food and flavour profiles were all fantastic. The cocktails were delicious too. We ordered a classic Pisco sour and it took us back to our time in Chile - perfectly executed! The service with Gurnoor was friendly and knowledgeable. We had such a great evening, we plan to be back in a few weeks with some friends!
