Smoke's Poutinerie Kelowna

While I was ordering the girl made me feel a little rushed. It’s hard to decide with so many options in front of me. Other than that her service was good.
The food was not good. I LOVE poutine so I was excited to try theirs. The fries were cold in the middle like they were taken out early and they seemed pretty light. The rest of the stuff on the poutine was really good! I just couldn’t eat it once I realized the fries weren’t cooked. That was $22 down the drain :(

Just hit up Smoke's after hiking Okanagan Lake—totally wiped and hungry. Grabbed the classic poutine: crispy fries, fresh cheese curds, and spot-on gravy. Added bacon and extra cheese for that smoky kick. Place was buzzing, service fast and friendly, portions huge. Left full and happy—definitely coming back. Solid 10/10 for comfort food done right!

Brought a friend here to try poutine for her first time. Great experience all around. Great food and great service. I'll be coming back.

I love poutine as much as the next person. However this place just ain't it chief. I've been to smokes in Ontario and that was fantastic. This however was not the whole thing was just swimmmmming in gravy. I like gravy but this was 90% gravy and 10% poutine. Very sad if you're looking for poutine you're better off going literally anywhere else. Even mcdonalds has better poutine. 👎👎

Came Sunday night, so good and fresh! so good, we came back Monday. Monday was OLD fries. The poutine was litterally cold. Asked her to remake it and with FRESH fries. this is what came.... the same old soggy fries. disappointed.

We ordered vegetarian poutine. In that box all potatoes with gravy little bit cheese kind of thing.

Ordered bacon cheeseburger poutine but they had no bacon but charged me full price even though they were missing a main ingredient, not cool

Ordered a chili cheese dog and regular poutine. The chili dog literally had a teaspoon of chili on it. I took it up and asked for some chili on my chili dog. They covered it with ice cold chili.

The poutine was edible.

I don't understand how this place has been around for so long. Prime Time is a thousand times better.

The fries were not cooked enough and tasted like cardboard. The gravy and anything you add to it were good. The perogies for example for that specialty were good. If you want good poutine go elsewhere for those of you die hards.

Omg this place was so good and the girl working parm was an absolute delight wonderful service and super sweet !! Definitely will be coming back 10 out of 10
