Awesome little burger joint!! Can’t believe you can literally add up to 30 toppings all for free. I had grilled pineapple, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized, onions, lime, aïoli, whiskey, barbeque sauce, pickles, cucumbers, and a bunch of other stuff for free! Was delicious and the burger Combo with fried and a drink was $16!! Literally cheaper than fast food burgers and SO much better. Can’t recommend enough! Forget A&W and come here!

Great little burger place by the lake, but there are better burger spots in town. Awesome if you are in the area but not worth the trip to the lake area.
Decided to try lunch this weekend. Reasonable priced (with door dash taking their cut). I found it more tastier than Meltwich. Bacon was crispy, burgers weren’t a mess, also had great flavour. Poutine was old skool and definitely north approved. Will order again. Especially considering the prices were around the same for fast-food (ordered in), but with better quality. Looking forward to trying different menu items. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately shrinkflation has hit South Street. The patty on my bacon cheeseburger was about the thickness of a piece of construction paper. I didn’t know whether to be offended or to start cutting out little shapes with safety scissors. At any rate I will not be returning.

Waaaaay too expensive for a burger. May as well go to a nice sit down restaurant at these prices. I mean c'mon. $21 for a burger combo!!!!???? Insane
Over a year ago, my daughter had ordered a hamburger meal and paid to have it picked up and delivered to our home. The burger arrived with no Patty in it. When I got home that evening, I went back to the store and had them remake the burger. I got home and once again, there was no burger Patty in the hamburger. by now the restaurant was closed. I went in the first thing the next morning, and the manager was so rude and obnoxious that he shoved money in my face. All I wanted was for them to make the order correct which my daughter had ordered not once but twice. South Street burger did remake my daughter her burger for the third time and it was correct but that is all that they compensated her for. She had ordered a meal with french fries and a drink and they could not even be bothered to give her another set of french fries or a drink. Or how about compensating her for all the hassle and inconvenience that this caused her And compensate her with a gift!. I will never go back to South Street burger in Kelowna again and I have shared this experience with many people. The restaurant is horribly managed if this is how they are going to treat their customers!!

All 5 stars is rare for me. Hadn't been before and took half my son's soccer team there last night around 7pm. The woman working there was alone. I felt a little guilty dropping a large order on her. We gathered ourselves tight and organized to help make tracking it all easy. She was well organized too. She called on some help to come and that worked out for her. Great food. The kids all loved it, the adults too. Great topping options. Top class owner/customer relations. We'll be back.
Kid-friendliness: Our group of 9/10 year olds loved it.
