One of the SOY's signature dish! Creamy, zesty, red curry flavoured coconut soup meets the Japanese RAMEN (waved egg & wheat) noodles! Topped with shredded chicken, half-cut boiled egg, fresh bean sprouts, boiled veggies and herbs. Gluten free rice noodle available. House made chicken stock, dairy contained.
Vegetable Yakisoba Noodles
Japanese stir-fried egg noodle (chow mein) and fresh cut vegetables with vegan yakisoba sauce.
Japchae Noodles
Korean style stir-fried noodles (potato starch with fresh cut vegetables and house made vegan garlic sauce).
Miso Sesame Ramen
Ramen noodles with Japanese miso based rich soup which made with sesame paste, The soup made by MISO (Japanese soy bean paste), sesame paste, peanut butter and other seasonings in to the house made chicken stock. Comes with RAMEN noodles, sous vide pork shoulder slices, half-cut boiled egg, bean sprouts, boiled vegetables and herbs. Dairy contained.

Shoyu Wonton Ramen
Japanese soy sauce (shoyu) based clear soup with silky house made wontons (shrimp and pork). All house-made Hand crafted Wontons(shrimp & pork mixed) and RAMEN noodles in the SHOYU (Japanese soy sauce) based clear soup. The soup made by the traditional Japanese DASHI stock (bonito flakes & kelp) and hint of the garlic onion oil for extra layer. Topped with marinated bamboo shoots, half-cut boiled egg, bean sprouts, boiled vegetables and herbs.
Vegan Soba Salad
Cold Japanese buckwheat noodles (soba), lettuce, bell peppers, pickled vegetables, your choice of protein mixed with house made soba dipping sauce and house salad dressing. Seaweed tempura bits on top. Please pick from cold tofu or deep-fried tofu.

We had a great time at this cozy Japanese spot! The ramen was rich and flavorful—easily one of the best we’ve had. We paired it with cold Sapporo, which was a perfect match. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic ramen and a relaxed vibe!

Amazing little place really! I'm not from the area, but I've been here a couple times now and it does not disappoint. Friendly, professional and courteous wait staff. Delicious food with well rounded flavours. Great portion sizes. You can tell the Chef really knows what he's doing, and the staff care about hospitality! We will definitely come back again, thanks for the great meal!

Despite having only one server, the service was amazing—always smiling and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It may be a small space, but it feels cozy and comfortable. The food was excellent, clearly crafted by an experienced chef. The ramen is to die for—rich, flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable.
