Visited here yesterday with my partner and it was amazing!
I got a vanilla latte and a grilled cheese. She got the same but an iced vanilla latte. Hands down 10/10!
The latte was great! I wasn't expecting the art on top as well which is a nice added touch. It also wasn't steaming hot so I was able to drink it right away, being the perfect temperature.
The grilled cheese was simply amazing! You could really tell how fresh the ingredients are, especially the sourdough bread. Every bite was delicious, especially when paired with their inhouse made ketchup.
We paid about $40 for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches, which may seem like a lot but it was very filling and the quality was amazing. I would definitely recommend if you're contemplating visiting!

Best cafe in kelowna. Wonderful freshly baked breads and goodies. Coffee is top tier.
The waiters should be more trained though it's none of my business. We ordered 2drinks 2 food, and guess how many waiters brought them? 4. Each of them was served by different waiter, followed by their 4 times " are you guys still waiting for anything?". Like dude. They should talk to each other more, that will cut down personnel expenses. Coffee was good, food was adequate. I didn't like avocado toast because it tasted like yogurt and avocado smashed with no seasoning whatsoever, but my friend liked bacon potato dish.

I recently visited Sprout Cafe in Kelowna twice, and while the coffee was excellent both times, my experience with the breakfast left much to be desired. I ordered the "Breakfast Plate" on a staff recommendation, but found it heavy on fried potatoes (making up about 50% of the plate) and covered in multiple mayonnaise-like sauces on the eggs.
I politely asked if the potatoes could be substituted for toast and if the sauce on the eggs could be reduced or removed. Unfortunately, I was told that these changes were not possible and that I would need to order an entirely new plate to accommodate my request.
I understand that some dishes are prepared in a specific way, but refusing simple substitutions—especially at a place known for its quality—was disappointing. While I appreciate trendy spots and don’t mind paying premium prices for great food and coffee, this level of inflexibility didn’t sit well with me. I ultimately decided not to argue further and asked them to take the plate back.

We’ve walked by this joint many times and marvelled how a coffee shop could be so busy all the time. Went in for the first time today for coffee. Wow, what an incredible joint!! It’s HUGE but with a quaint atmosphere. Wonderful people and the decaf mocha was delish!!
