I was really looking forward to trying their eggs benny with their homemade sprout bread. It was truly disappointing. The bread was dry, the eggs were overcooked, there was barely a tablespoon of hollaindaise sauce and it was cold. My niece had a latte and they forgot to bring it. She had to go downstairs to get her own latte. Unfortunately you have to tip in advance. I think most would agree that the vibe is a high energy atmosphere and fun space to coffee it out with friends and family. The bread on the Christmas tree is fun humour. However if you are going to eat you take your chances and if the staff is too busy then service may be lacking too.

Spent $60 on two breakfast items, a loaf, chai tea, and a few pastries. When I asked if the loaf could be sliced, the cashier refused—apparently that was a little too much to ask. I wasn’t asking someone to individually hand-carve each slice with a butter knife, just to use the slicer.
Then came seating. Trying to find a comfortable spot with my pregnant friend, we ended up relegated to the kids’ table while a single laptop-dweller occupied a five-person table and declined to let us share.
Food was good, but the service and overall experience felt oddly unwelcoming.

Great little morning cafe in Kelowna, definitely worth a shot and peek when you're there.
Food is ok, had the shakshouka, overall not the best, with way too much sourness and tomato juice, and not enough other veg or flavours to balance it out. Bread paired was ok, but a little on the soft bread side.
Service and atmosphere was great, good service and speedy serving, with atmospheres giving a nice cafe vibe.

It’s one of the best places in Kelowna. The only con is almost everyone knows about it so it’s eternally lined out the door. The donuts are amazing and worth the wait though.

My love affair with their granola & yogurt bowl quickly became a problem.
I’m gonna say it - the best I’ve ever had.
Gonna buy some of their granola to take back home. Can’t promise it’ll make it the full journey…

Nice spot, friendly service, clean and organized. Avocado toast and cappuccino was amazing.
A very busy spot, but absolutely worth it—the food is mouthwatering! The homemade ketchup is the best I’ve ever tried. Great coffee and delicious sandwiches, too.

Good bread, good coffee! At times the lines are too long, but it's worth the wait.
I enjoy Sprout Bread whenever I visit Kelowna. They do bake great products. I would give 5 stars but it’s frustrating they don’t have two separate lines or cashiers for bread vs. coffee. It’s common to wait 15 minutes in a lineup of folks getting sandwiches and coffee just to buy bread that is already there on the shelves behind the cash…
I had a great experience here! The service was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. I happened to visit during a busy hour, and as someone with health challenges, it can be hard to be in a lively environment—but Audrey truly made a difference. She was so helpful and attentive, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!
The best spot for beautiful pastries, fresh bread, sandwiches and delicious coffee in Kelowna. The space itself is very bright, spacious and thoughtful. Lots of locals and families spend their weekend mornings here, very kid friendly.
Absolutely love this place. Best coffee, food, and service. Staff are so friendly.
