I usually go to this location because is near to my work, some of the baristas are excellent and others just make me want to not come back. But I’m leaving a review because yesterday when I went for my coffee, it was full as usual, and there was only one lady that was speeding up and trying to get the people their drinks. I felt sorry for her because the blonde lady on bar was dropping everything, laughing and loosing time watching her go and back for food and make drinks. The other guy with the mask was trying to help, but took long time packing some drinks and in less than a minute the girl with red hair gave all the drinks. Even some of them to the costumer on the table! This location is good sometimes, when some people is very consider to the costumer, i wish was like that always.

Couldn't get a 10% discount since it was just an assignment for school.

Waited 15 minutes to get helped at the counter despite there being basically no line because staff prioritize drive through customers. Then i finally place my order and sit down with my coffee in a to stay mug. Like 2 bites into my sandwich they tell me they are closing the cafe. I asked for the coffee to be remade in a to go cup and they forgot to add whip cream. Then when i get home i realize they gave me banana bread loaf instead of gingerbread loaf despite it being written right on the package. Shoulda just asked for a full refund and gone somewhere else. Starbucks doesnt care about cafe customers outside of maybe 1 or 2 employees that anre the exception not the norm. They only care about the drive through so if you want somewhere to sit down and enjoy your food this place isnt it.

Really? Register to park for 15 minutes as you pick up a coffee? Mario’s is a disgusting predatory business run by despicable owners. Your relationship with Mario’s is disgusting. Don’t give your money or data to Mario’s. Get coffee elsewhere. Shame on you.
Be very careful with the parking lot at this place, you have to register to use a FREE parking spot and if you don't a tow truck will be there in seconds. They have trucks watching the lot. It's just not worth going here, why give up your information just to be able to park for 10 minutes to grab a coffee.

The customer service by the staff is lacking. Although the taller, dark haired barista was kind and did a make a great drink. The other staff were snooty and sarcastic. Even asking a simple question will get you a sarcastic response and snide remarks about you to other staff. I won’t be going back to this location.

Usually i love starbucks. But this was just a bad experience. Got a weird staff, when i asked for tap water refill in my bottle. She started billing for water refill, did the transaction on system and then went to refill my bottle. I bought 4 things before btw
