Been waiting for about 15 minutes for my coffee an they are serving a bunch of people that ordered online that are not even there in my face

The customer service by the staff is lacking. Although the taller, dark haired barista was kind and did a make a great drink. The other staff were snooty and sarcastic. Even asking a simple question will get you a sarcastic response and snide remarks about you to other staff. I won’t be going back to this location.

Usually i love starbucks. But this was just a bad experience. Got a weird staff, when i asked for tap water refill in my bottle. She started billing for water refill, did the transaction on system and then went to refill my bottle. I bought 4 things before btw

I used to be a Starbucks partner, and one thing I always believed in (and what I thought set Starbucks apart) was the culture of being human first. We were taught that customers come first, that kindness and gratitude matter. We didn’t just say “you’re welcome,” we said “thank you” because we were grateful people chose us. That’s what made the difference.
Tonight, that spirit was nowhere to be found. I was helping a friend who had just been forced to leave a safe house for women fleeing domestic violence. She hadn’t eaten, had no money, and we went into Starbucks hoping for even a single piece of a pastry that I know gets donated at the end of the night. I wasn’t asking for special treatment, just for a little compassion.
Instead, I was shut down cold. The way it was handled left me feeling judged, as though I was trying to hustle the store rather than simply feed someone in a desperate moment. It was disappointing to see the gap between what Starbucks says it stands for and what I experienced tonight.
When you market yourself as a company built on warmth, humanity, and community, moments like these matter. Tonight, Starbucks failed that standard.

Unfortunately, this location has gone down hill in recent months. There’s homeless people who “live” in the store with all their junk outside the front door. The franchisee has stopped caring about the exterior of the building and landscaping as it’s overgrown with weeds. Drinks and customer service is inconsistent as they are typically operating at a staff shortage.

Came to get a drink. A guy with a beard was my barista and was super rude. Ordered my drink and there was no one here. Waited for 10 mins till the other girl made my drink.

The staff didn’t even acknowledge me I stood at the counter for 5 min, with 3 people behind the counter folding rags and doing online orders. I would have at least appreciated a “we will be with you in a second”

My daughter needed to use the washroom and a rude employee outside wouldn’t let her in. What kind of person doesn’t let a child use the washroom? What makes it even worse is that we support the business every day, not anymore.

Bought a gift card in drive through, paid and then was told no sleeve for it.... it was a gift that needed to look like a gift. Feel like Starbucks keeps going downhill, they don't care about details any more. Never offered to give me a receipt either ...

For the price I'd expect decent service. Not to feel like I shouldn't be there. Hadn't gone to Starbucks in years, won't be back. Paying for a bunch of bs even from the staff.

13/06/25 2:40pm - Im not usually one to complain but I got my regular order that I usually get in Rutland, an iced matcha latte. I’m not sure why the employees at this location didn’t dissolve or stir in the matcha. Even though I had an extra straw in my car I tried to stir it with I still got chunks of bitter matcha every couple sips🤢 I know I should have just given it back to them at the window but there was a car behind me in line that had already been waiting awhile for their drinks so I felt bad.
