Wonderful staff. They're always very chatty, cheerful, and professional. They'll remember your name and order and make you feel special. I don't go to Starbucks that much, but will start going more often solely because of their excellent customer service.Special shout out to the manager who's made my experience super special so far.

Not sure why you guys close at 4:30 when every other starbucks is open till 8 at the least. Staff here is great not their fault.
A decent coffee but the manager working here is so rude and don't know how to talk to customer, a guy with beard and curly hair. Literally got angry on me for asking a paper sleeve that should come with coffee cup. This feels very unprofessional and these people should be trained better or be fired from their working place to maintain Starbucks and UBC reputation. I would have given minus stars for the behavior and service if there was one. Pathetic to say the least

Yesterday one girls has given me an excellent cup of coffee. Today unfortunately a new girl maybe in training has filled up the cup with coffee without room for cream !!! Are they saving money on cream !!!!
