I come here almost everyday :) the baristas always compliment my makeup, ily guys and amazing job to the team! I was a barista for 2 years so it’s nice to see the baristas crafting amazing drinks, connecting with customers, and being super friendly -

Yesterday one girls has given me an excellent cup of coffee. Today unfortunately a new girl maybe in training has filled up the cup with coffee without room for cream !!! Are they saving money on cream !!!!

A decent coffee but the manager working here is so rude and don't know how to talk to customer, a guy with beard and curly hair. Literally got angry on me for asking a paper sleeve that should come with coffee cup. This feels very unprofessional and these people should be trained better or be fired from their working place to maintain Starbucks and UBC reputation. I would have given minus stars for the behavior and service if there was one. Pathetic to say the least

Lovely staff! I finally got a chance to chat with them because it’s not so busy anymore. I was so happy to see that a coffee shop was open on campus, but left even happier because of how wonderful they are.

Fine food and coffee but a couple of the staff are so rude. Literally got angry at my friend for “staring”. Also, the same person rolled their eyes at me a few times on separate occasions. This one person has been rude and unnecessarily sassy.(the person with the beard and short hair) This feels very unprofessional and I’d love to not be judged for wanting a drink or sandwich.
