I just have to give a shoutout to Coral at Starbucks! She is absolutely amazing—so friendly, patient, and makes you feel welcomed. Coral’s problem solving and understanding what customers needs is absolutely great and her positive energy is contagious. She turned my dads birthday into the highlight of his day! Thank you, Coral, You’re the best!

Easily the worse Starbucks I’ve been to in Kelowna. Employees always seem annoyed that you walked into the store. Never been greeted hi once. And the tables are always dirty and don’t seemed wiped down. Even early in the morning right after opening. I come here often due to connivence but wish the atmosphere was better each time.

Could also be the timing of year but there’s always sooo many flies.

The only pro is that it is a large store and seating never seems to be a problem. And lots of outdoor seating as well during the summer month.

Starbucks was super close to the hotel we stayed at and the airport.Has lots of surrounding parking lots and spaces and easily accessible.Girls serving were nice and patient enough for me to use my change I had to spend before flying back to England!Drive thru is available.

Parking: Lots of spot surrounding and they also have drive thru.

Wheelchair accessibility: Curb with slope for access, disabled toilet but I don’t remember seeing low tables inside…No steps in or out of entrance

Way too much cologne on an employee. The smell wafted out through the drive through into my vehicle. It's hard to enjoy food or beverage when the scent stays with you for so long. That was really nasty.

I don’t often write reviews but Coral (working the drive through) was so nice today that it’s absolutely warranted. All three passengers in our car commented on how kind and generous she was.

Even if there's only one vehicle ahead of me at 7am, I end up waiting at the intercom for 3 to 5 minutes, then I wait for my drink for another 3 to 5. I used to be a barista and this is the slowest service I've received at a coffee shop. I was there from 7:10 to 7:20.

Busy location and the team appeared to be having fun. Very pleasant atmosphere.
