Super relaxing! That was the first feeling each time I entered this Starbucks 😊👍 The ladies are welcoming, the tables and desks are so tidy, and most importantly, the music is so comforting! Way to go team 👏

5 stars only for the supervisor on shift today! Couldn’t get her name but she was so sweet and helpful to make a small customization for my drink while the drive thru lady started almost yelling at me for an extra small splash of milk in my coffee. Some people need to learn how to not ruin someone’s day over a petty thing. I hope to find the supervisor again on my next visit to get her name! You rock!

I usually stop there in the morning for my cappuccino with extra shot, not sure why the taste is always different, I am not really satisfied with them and their quality because for 9 bucks (includes Tip) to receive a flat tasteless cappuccino that's not worth at all, and on top they are mega slow, other stores in town are much much better, even yesterday I found a the paper from my sugar in the empty cup... I will not go there anymore, no thanks, the management seams to be not qualified at all.

Very nice and big Starbucks location with patio and large seating area. Very clean place with good service and good coffee. The parking lot is a bit busy and awkward to get in and out but overall is very good and close to the airport.

I went yesterday to this branch and was shocked by the behaviour of one of the girls there. I was waiting for my online order and she behaved in a very rude way. Even my order was not exactly what I wanted.

Customer service was excellent

So you come in wait pay money, and then have someone come in who has only been waiting for a min. Only for that person to get servered before me. Is my money not good enough? Is that not bad business practices?

Good coffee, friendly staff, and a cozy space to enjoy good company

Usually good, but saw another person grab my drink leave the store, realize it wasn't hers and come back and the starbucks employees said it's fine to serve just leave it for the person to grab. Had to ask them to make me a new one because I saw the other person drink from it and they were going to serve it to me. Yikes

Worst Starbucks experience ever. My order was sitting there, completely ready, and the staff couldn’t care less. They were too busy running their mouths, laughing and chatting like it was a high school hangout instead of a workplace. Not one of them bothered to acknowledge me or do their job. I had to stand there like an idiot while they ignored me. Completely unprofessional and pathetic. Do better.

The only location that makes caramel frappes different every time :( , everything else is chill

I just have to give a shoutout to Coral at Starbucks! She is absolutely amazing—so friendly, patient, and makes you feel welcomed. Coral’s problem solving and understanding what customers needs is absolutely great and her positive energy is contagious. She turned my dads birthday into the highlight of his day! Thank you, Coral, You’re the best!

Easily the worse Starbucks I’ve been to in Kelowna. Employees always seem annoyed that you walked into the store. Never been greeted hi once. And the tables are always dirty and don’t seemed wiped down. Even early in the morning right after opening. I come here often due to connivence but wish the atmosphere was better each time.

Could also be the timing of year but there’s always sooo many flies.

The only pro is that it is a large store and seating never seems to be a problem. And lots of outdoor seating as well during the summer month.
