Love the workers here. This is my go-to Starbucks as it's close to my place and the people who work here always have a big smile on their face no matter what time I come here

Worst customer service i have ever seen....We ordered 4 drinks and ask them to make 3 of them extra hot..it was just warm and told them to make it hot..they refused and the girl on drive thru was just making faces..she just closed the window that was disgusting.

I ordered one drink and mini bagels. Before receiving my drink, I even tasted it and requested less ice. When I asked the staff member to kindly remove some ice, she replied rudely, telling me to take off the lid myself. I explained that I was having an issue with my right hand and requested her assistance. After struggling, I accidentally broke the lid. I asked her again, and only then did she remove the ice, but she did not provide me with a new lid until I asked. Even then, she handed me the lid without covering the drink, and I had to do it myself.
Her behavior came across as rude and unhelpful—she showed no smile and an attitude without any reason. I kindly suggest maintaining politeness and being considerate toward customers, as a little kindness makes a big difference.

I was in the drive thru and the lady in front of me started screaming at the employee, because she didn't want to pay for adding a shot of espresso, which she said was just water. CJ handled the complaint very well and stayed calm and professional, while this lady screamed and swore at him repeatedly. I go to this location lots and they always have been very friendly and food and drinks have always been prepared correctly OR they will always fix their mistakes if there is one.

A very newish looking Starbucks, with lots of parking, lots of seating, 3 washrooms, and extremely efficient and friendly service. I was greeted 2 seconds after I walked in, and had a decaff Cortado in my hands in about 3 minutes. Great spot!

We were just in there around 5:15pm today. The service was really upsetting. My boyfriend and I ordered a coffee and a falafel pocket because my bf is a vegetarian. The girl that took our order seemed distracted and unwilling to help, gave us someone else’s order at first which was a scone and we looked at it and returned it back asking for our order. She said sorry and that she will make it now. After getting it, my boyfriend took a bite and realized that it had chicken. Turned out, she accidentally gave us a chicken pocket. This was really upsetting for him considering he is a vegetarian religiously. We asked for the manager who seemed to be least bothered about it as he was overhearing the whole conversation we had with the girl about giving us the wrong order but didn’t care to jump in until we asked for him. We gave him a rundown of the whole situation and how we were given the wrong order twice( one of which is a big blunder!!!! serving meat to a vegetarian person) all he did was offer us our initial order and an apology. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!! Very disappointing because STARBUCKS is known to go above and beyond for customers but the staff here didn’t even care about the giving the right order to the right customer!!!!

Went through the drive through today and got two pumpkin cream chais. Gabriella was taking care of us and she was super nice and even put heart stickers on the tops of our drinks! It really made our day. Not to mention the delicious drinks. Thanks Gabriella!!!
