We were just in there around 5:15pm today. The service was really upsetting. My boyfriend and I ordered a coffee and a falafel pocket because my bf is a vegetarian. The girl that took our order seemed distracted and unwilling to help, gave us someone else’s order at first which was a scone and we looked at it and returned it back asking for our order. She said sorry and that she will make it now. After getting it, my boyfriend took a bite and realized that it had chicken. Turned out, she accidentally gave us a chicken pocket. This was really upsetting for him considering he is a vegetarian religiously. We asked for the manager who seemed to be least bothered about it as he was overhearing the whole conversation we had with the girl about giving us the wrong order but didn’t care to jump in until we asked for him. We gave him a rundown of the whole situation and how we were given the wrong order twice( one of which is a big blunder!!!! serving meat to a vegetarian person) all he did was offer us our initial order and an apology. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!! Very disappointing because STARBUCKS is known to go above and beyond for customers but the staff here didn’t even care about the giving the right order to the right customer!!!!

Went through the drive through today and got two pumpkin cream chais. Gabriella was taking care of us and she was super nice and even put heart stickers on the tops of our drinks! It really made our day. Not to mention the delicious drinks. Thanks Gabriella!!!

It is going to be a long time before I stop laughing. Went in to order my beverage and she asked me if I wanted a lid. That confused me because I've never been asked that question when getting any drink in a portable container. I asked her why she would say that. She said it was the law. I let her know that there is no such law. She insisted there was. Think about this. If you don't put a lid on you are risking personal injury and damaged property. That supersedes any legal requirement to ask for a lid. Starbucks and all takeout providers have to put lids on drinks, especially hot drinks. It would be negligent NOT to. Common sense. I'm still laughing. She actually believed that.

Carson was very kind and helpful when I had to come back to get a new sandwich after mine fell on the road when crossing. It was very busy and he could have not helped me out but he did anyways, thanks man! All of the employees there are really helpful actually. Never had a bad experience.
Stopped at the drive-thru in the evening and was served by Gabbi (I think, started with a G). She was astonishingly efficient and friendly, and made two fantastic drinks. Give that girl a raise!

I love to order online from Starbucks because the employees are Incredibly Helpful specially [Palia] she help me in online order as well and give me free treat ! ,she also pay close attention to the order all the time. Her excellent customer service truly makes my coffee experience enjoyable and memorable.
