Came in on a hot day. Everyone else was super nice. Unfortunately I can't say tge same for Stephen. Asked for ice which the lady had poured in a cup for me. Stephen felt the need to intervene and tell me ice 🧊 is for customers only. REALLY? WHEN LAST WEEK I 😪 SADLY BOUGHT 30 DOLLARS WORTH OF STARBUCKS THROUGH UBER EATS WITH MY HOMEGIRL ASHLEY. I told him I'm a customer too. He said I don't care. Told him lighten up buddy it's 34 degrees. Felt the need to try and tell me don't to belittle me when all of the other workers didn't mind. I hope you don't quit your day job.

The barista, Carole, was an absolute gem. Fun, friendly, and very understanding. If the rest of the staff have even half of her energy on a regular basis, this might just become my favorite Starbucks location.

Jill the Manager is amazing. The store is clean and very friendly. I was actually taken back how busy the Glenmore store was. I soon realized why. Great manager and fun staff.
This is my go-to Starbucks location as it is right beside my work; I have never had a reason to say anything negative about this spot! My drink is always made correctly, is always hot, and the odd time I get a snack, it is exactly how it should be. The team there has been nothing but kind during all of my visits :)
