I visited this Starbucks with my friend on August 26, 2025, around 9 PM. They just left our drink on the counter without informing us, so if we didn’t pay attention, we would definitely still be sitting there and waiting for the drinks a lot longer. We felt really uncomfortable with how we were treated and believe all customers should be treated with respect.

This is a terrible place. Employees do not care at all about customers who want to have some quietness. Three girls came today and they were extremely rowdy, and a woman working there told me they cannot do anything about it; even worse, she laughed about it, showing her total incompetence. Imagine several people were that rowdy as well. How would the place look like? Another terrible Starbucks in Kelowna. I am not surprised that the chain closed so many stores.

My coworker picked up a grilled cheese sandwich for me and it was mostly tough dry bread. I don't really know how it can be called grilled. Terrible!
Most of the time the service is good but I was told they don’t have sugar free options when they definitely do cause I’ve literally gotten them before.

I wanted publicly to thank Ant-Man. After I ordered my matcha latte, (that I've never tried before) & a ham and cheese croissant, he said that's exactly what he likes and he called us twinsies. That made me smile cuz I told him that it's been a hard day & I'm going to treat myself to something good. We spoke a bit at the window and I noticed his nickname. I thought it was so cute and it wasn't until I got home that I noticed that he wrote on my cup twinsies with a :-) & hope the rest of the day becomes amazing. It brought me to tears. The kindness that he showed because it was exactly what I needed that day. I'm now going to save that cup forever to remind myself that there are still alot of good people in this world. I prefer to call them angels.
