Got told by a worker to be quiet mid conversation with my friends. I found this very rude and unnecessary. I get that a lot of people study at Starbucks later in the day but it's not a dedicated silent study area. And as a student myself, I wouldn't expect other customers in the space to be silent so I could focus. Not only that but there were other customers also having conversations at the same volume that weren't addressed by this worker. Last time I checked Starbucks was a social coffee shop, not a library. Not only did this make me feel uncomfortable but also targeted and unwelcome in the space.

I came in to just wait for an interview! And one of the workers was so nice, we had a quick little chat about music and her job, and I felt incredibly welcome to be there! Not to mention my drink was tailored to perfection. And the chairs were very comfortable, felt like the Starbucks back home in Calgary that I always went to. Definitely will be back!

Female staff named Desiree is very rude. I won’t suggest going to this location. Worst customer service. She basically humiliated my husband in the public for using the washroom before paying for the order. We’re a daily customer at Starbucks but we’re rethinking to switch our cafe after this experience.

The barista/guy who works here who has a pony tailed hair is kinda rude and lacks common courtesy and customer service etiquette. All of us may have a bad day, but that should ‘t show when dealing with customer or people in general.

My experience at this place was not that good. The drink I ordered was a pink drink with vanilla cream foam but this drink was not made correctly!! I didn’t get strawberries in my drink I ordered a venti drink but unfortunately the quantity was not even equal to grande. Really disappointed.
Very rude staff, never been to a Starbucks this disappointing.
Would recommend the Starbucks location Two Streets After this place as a much better alternative.

My review system gives all Starbucks a 3/5 because I feel they are the AVERAGE in the coffee shop category. This starbucks adds the comfy chairs ….strong wifi and plugins ….clean washrooms . This is a well managed starbucks with happy efficient staff . I certainly recommend this coffee shop.
