We were at this Starbucks on a quiet Saturday Feb 21 afternoon. There were at least 4 staff present and only about 3 other customers. We ordered 3 drinks and some food items. Our food came out slowly but by the time we had finished the mini bagels, etc we still had no drinks. I asked about the drinks and at first the person said we already got them. Then the person seemingly in charge said they were down 1 staff member so thus the slow delivery. I wasn’t really satisfied so she advised me to write this negative review as the ‘boss’ would read it. I said a refund would have been a great idea but she said no because we were going to get our drinks. All in all we were NIT satisfied. ☹️

I'm highly disappointed in my service. I bought a strawberry açai with lemonade and no inclusion. What I got was completely different I got a strawberry açai with inclusions and water and I had over 100 floating seeds in my drink. Not what I asked for. Please think about the consequences of going here.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Starbucks with better seating options as this one! Standard tables, bar seating, high-top table & chairs, soft lounge chairs, long tables for groups, patio seating, etc. If this the wave of the future for Starbucks, that’s great. Service was excellent, and staff super friendly (even at 6:35 AM 🥱). Very nice cafe 👍
Everything about this location is good but everyone I come they make the Carmel frappe different from other locations and it taste like doo doo. Please make it properly I’m tired of spending money on drinks that are not made correctly.
