I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Starbucks with better seating options as this one! Standard tables, bar seating, high-top table & chairs, soft lounge chairs, long tables for groups, patio seating, etc. If this the wave of the future for Starbucks, that’s great. Service was excellent, and staff super friendly (even at 6:35 AM 🥱). Very nice cafe 👍

Everything about this location is good but everyone I come they make the Carmel frappe different from other locations and it taste like doo doo. Please make it properly I’m tired of spending money on drinks that are not made correctly.

Just had a lovely visit to Starbucks, and it was exactly the cozy escape I needed. The ambiance was warm and inviting — the perfect blend of calm music, the aroma of fresh coffee, and a relaxed vibe that made it easy to unwind. The space was clean, well-lit, and had plenty of comfortable seating.
What really stood out was the staff — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They handled everything with a smile and even gave great recommendations. It’s always a plus when good coffee is paired with good people.
A great spot for a quick coffee, some quiet work time, or catching up with friends. Definitely looking forward to going back!

Nice vibe. My online order was 2 minutes early. Busy parking lot but able to find a parking spot. No problem. Easy to access from Highway 97.
Ordered two English breakfast lattes, lids weren’t on and spilt over my lap, then when I got home realized they’re just plain black tea no cream or milk not a latte-phoned and got hung up on hahaha
