Was served by Memphis on Bar who was doing an amazing job of greeting customers and letting them know when their order was being made and how long of a wait mobile customers would have with a smile and eye contact.
My latte was very yummy and his craft was amazing with a heart on my latte!!

Kind of annoyed that I’ve ordered twice through the app and I’ve waited at the store to end up leaving empty handed. I’ve been late for work twice. The app says 6 mins….never the case. Wish I could get my money back.

I love that this Starbucks is my daily stop. They are so polite and friendly, always saying hi when you come in. Specifically, one of the sweet baristas named Angela greets me by name and knows that I like a stopper on my coffee so it’s always there waiting. She is an absolute queen. It seems like a lovely group of people who really take pride job. Thanks guys!

Rude staff member. Some girl with a shaved head was incredibly rude to me. I’ve been to this location several times and have never seen her before and glad I hadn’t. Will not be visiting this location until they educate her on some basic human decency.
