I love that this Starbucks is my daily stop. They are so polite and friendly, always saying hi when you come in. Specifically, one of the sweet baristas named Angela greets me by name and knows that I like a stopper on my coffee so it’s always there waiting. She is an absolute queen. It seems like a lovely group of people who really take pride job. Thanks guys!

I live in Oliver. It's a hundred & thirty KM south of the Yates location. It's a great place outside of the usual hustle & bustle of the Orchard Park location. The staff is ever-changing, but I'm sure it's due to my sporadic visits.
I may be from Oliver, but I could easily see myself becoming a regular here...

I'm a partner at another starbucks, but live much closer to this one, so it's the one I come through most often.
I can't say much for in-store experiences, but the drive-through is almost always spectacular. They are fast, efficient, and friendly.
Tanya is my absolute favorite, and she always puts a smile on my, or my mom's face.
Overall I always have a pleasant, if not spectacular experience at this starbucks.
