Don’t stop if you’re in a rush! Kind staff and good drink but 20mins for an americano isn’t the Starbucks model. They are likely understaffed

Came in today before heading to Vancouver, ordered the wrong coffee (iced instead of hot… and these Kelowna mornings are getting quite chilly)… Antonette noticed us humming and hawwing about our mix up and came to see what was up, next thing we know she’s making us a hot coffee! Thank you so much! We appreciate you 1) for noticing us 2) going above and beyond!

Me and my friend went here today and it was so busy! Luci was working all by herself and it was her first week, she was absolutely amazing and super sweet, shout out to Luci for her hard work, positivity, and her kindness! Slay girly❤️

This is the 6th time they have made my order wrong. I always do the mobile order ahead so it’s ready for me to run in and grab on my way to work. My order is the same iced coffee with a couple add ins every time. They forget to put creamer in my coffee every single time. I’m on my way to work so I don’t have time to wait for it to be remade. The workers are lovely and I understand simple mistakes happen but when I’m paying $7 for a coffee it would be nice for it to be made correctly. Glenmore location always gets my order right so I will be ordering with them every time from now on.

I don't know if they notice there was a hate symbol up. Nice staff though.

I went with some friends to enjoy a coffee and conversation. I was the only one who had anything written on the cup and it was a disgruntled face. I was very polite and very confused about this rude picture drawn on my cup. Will not be back that’s for sure when I can support some small business locally for the same amount of money and not get the attitude.

Really good atmosphere and friendly staff! 😀 Try bring your Owen cup you get 10c off and help the planet!

Good coffee shop to hang out or take friends for a drink, I like that they have different varieties of drinks but the Brewed coffee is not very good and the prices for the drinks are considerably high, not to mention the merchandise which is very expensive. But the staff is always very friendly and cheerful. All the different Starbucks I've been to have an exceptional staff. The place is always very clean and tidy.

I'm at this location 2-3 times a week. There is over 20 people in line and I had to use the washroom and they refused to allow me to use it until I paid for something. I will never visit this location or even Starbucks again. I will also be speaking to a manager.
