This is such a fantastic Starbucks staff. I come here every Tuesday morning and my order is always ready, and I'm always greeted with a smile and they usually even say my name when they are wishing me a good day. Such sweet humans. Came in today before heading to Vancouver, ordered the wrong coffee (iced instead of hot… and these Kelowna mornings are getting quite chilly)… Antonette noticed us humming and hawwing about our mix up and came to see what was up, next thing we know she’s making us a hot coffee! Thank you so much! We appreciate you 1) for noticing us 2) going above and beyond!
Me and my friend went here today and it was so busy! Luci was working all by herself and it was her first week, she was absolutely amazing and super sweet, shout out to Luci for her hard work, positivity, and her kindness! Slay girly❤️
