Came in today before heading to Vancouver, ordered the wrong coffee (iced instead of hot… and these Kelowna mornings are getting quite chilly)… Antonette noticed us humming and hawwing about our mix up and came to see what was up, next thing we know she’s making us a hot coffee! Me and my friend went here today and it was so busy! Luci was working all by herself and it was her first week, she was absolutely amazing and super sweet, shout out to Luci for her hard work, positivity, and her kindness! Slay girly❤️
Good coffee shop to hang out or take friends for a drink, I like that they have different varieties of drinks but the Brewed coffee is not very good and the prices for the drinks are considerably high, not to mention the merchandise which is very expensive. But the staff is always very friendly and cheerful. All the different Starbucks I've been to have an exceptional staff. The place is always very clean and tidy.
