I came in just after a massage, maybe it’s because I was super relaxed and happy, but the barista was so fricken sweet, I had no idea what I wanted, just knew I was thirsty, and she picked something out for me very happily and customized it herself. She even wrote enjoy!❤︎ on the cup. Made my day and I hope she has a great day. This women deserves and employee of the month award. Seriously so sweet. I didn’t catch her name but she was in at 1:45 pm/monday May 5th.

My brother and I ordered two coffees through the app—a black dark roast and a decaf with caramel drizzle and classic syrup. The wait time was supposed to be 5 minutes, but we waited much longer.
I checked at the counter a few times, and was told, “I’m making them fresh, just give me another minute.”
While we waited, several people walked in and ordered after us got their drinks first. After 10 more minutes, I asked again, and the staff casually said they had dropped one of the drinks and had to remake it.
In total, it took 25 minutes to get two simple coffees. They clearly don’t serve customers in order, and the excuse about not serving a dropped drink felt odd—of course you wouldn’t serve it.
Really disappointing experience.

The male cashier (without a beanie and glasses) was rude today. I went in to buy a drink and paid with a gift card. After the transaction, I asked how much was left on the card, and he simply said, “I don’t know.” When I asked how I could find out, he responded, “I can print you a receipt,” in a dismissive manner. Should a customer really have to ask multiple questions just to get basic information? If a customer inquires about a gift card balance, shouldn’t the cashier automatically offer a receipt instead of responding rudely and being unhelpful?

After a long walk at Mission Creek Park, I stopped by this Starbucks on Lakeshore Road in Kelowna, and it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The cozy ambiance was just what I needed to unwind, and the coffee was absolutely satisfying. The staff here are incredibly nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Whether you’re looking for a quiet spot to relax or just grabbing a quick coffee, this Starbucks is a great choice.

Well, it's Starbucks. If you love them, you love them. I'm a regular, so... My only issue is that the baristas don't always get the order right. When I ask for 'no foam', I want a FULL drink with NO FOAM. And, as always, it costs too much. If it costs less, I'd go more often... I'm just saying!

This starbucks is great to walk to after a walk at the greenway! Fun and it’s calm enough to do studying. If your looking for a drink recommendation I suggest to order chocolate cookie crumble sub white mocha (tastes like an Oreo)
