Well, it's Starbucks. If you love them, you love them. I'm a regular, so... My only issue is that the baristas don't always get the order right. When I ask for 'no foam', I want a FULL drink with NO FOAM. And, as always, it costs too much. If it costs less, I'd go more often... I'm just saying!

Looks like the workers at this location are having a nice time at work and they have fun with one another which is great... But the problem is that they let this slow them down significantly. Staff move pretty slowly here and spend alot of time chit chatting with eachother. No urgency or expediency at all like other Starbucks locations as a result you may find yourself waiting much longer than you expect even when the place is not busy.A little annoyed that they served all their friends drinks first even though I had mobile ordered ten minutes prior and arrived before any of these people ordered.

Very relaxed atmosphere.. was able to enjoy my Chai latte and work for a couple hours with a friendly staff and patrons.

A sad day for humanity because a stand-in manager had no empathy.I had just come in, ordered, and was counting on the AC to manage the temperature of my infant struggling in the heatwave on July 29. We were told the store is closing early that day, in 5 minutes. I asked the staff for a bit more time because infants overheating is a serious safety issue. The manager was adamant in kicking me out right away, with zero regard for the baby's safety or even willingness to help find a solution. I had to beg them to help me find a place to go to in the plaza. My poor baby still has these panic cries from that day when I had to leave in a scramble to a place with no AC.I know you have corporate policies but really how heartless can you be?

Store location matters here... I'm rating the Lakeshore store down in the Mission... Baristas here are all above and beyond... This location is such a welcoming environment.. Baristas here know a regulars name and usual order.. quick easy banter as beverages are being diligently served...

The staff were so friendly, helpful and patient. We’ve been on holiday and keep coming back to this one and they enlever fail to create a great experience. The store itself is also just very cute and nice to be in.
