The drink I got was made well, not too sweet like I requested! Although, I waited 10+ minutes for it. As I waited, so did 8-9 other people. There were 2 staff making drinks, and a lady with darker red hair changing garbages and stocking lids. Maybe that’s normal for Starbucks? I know there is a time for that, you need to be prepared for rushes. But, it seems everyone could have been out of there a lot quicker if she’d helped the staff with the clearly large sum of orders. Only leaving this here in hopes they can improve on time efficiency and priorities in the future.

Disappointed with my drink I ordered a tall iced white mocha last Sunday, and it tasted really weird — nothing like it usually does. It had a strange aftertaste and was honestly undrinkable. I usually enjoy Starbucks drinks, but this one was a total letdown and felt like a waste of money. I hope quality control improves because this was disappointing.

I usually go here everyday bc it’s convenient, however they had been messing up all my orders lately… they give me sugar free syrup even tho I asked for regular…. They give me oat milk and even tho I requested 2%milk…..

They don’t even deserve any stars. They wanted me to buy something just to get free water. They also didn’t fill my water bottles up when I asked them too. I will never ever step in to any Starbucks after I was being treated in a manner that any Surrey BC visitor would experience in their lifetime! I am out!

Five staff members were working, and I was literally the only one waiting in line. They looked at each other and appeared very unprofessional; they were not focused on their jobs, seemed as if they didn't want to be there, and were not taking any orders from customers, yet allowed a customer to get a refill while I was waiting. They seemed to be competing to see who could avoid taking orders. It was the worst experience of my life at the Starbucks in Orchard Mall on April 9, 2025, around 1:30.

Starbucks typically doesn’t serve coffee with creamer/sugar in it (it’s self serve off to the side). I have a broken leg and Rylan asked how I take my coffee and helped me out. Just appreciate the extra mindfulness in such a busy environment.
