Five staff members were working, and I was literally the only one waiting in line. They looked at each other and appeared very unprofessional; they were not focused on their jobs, seemed as if they didn't want to be there, and were not taking any orders from customers, yet allowed a customer to get a refill while I was waiting. They seemed to be competing to see who could avoid taking orders. It was the worst experience of my life at the Starbucks in Orchard Mall on April 9, 2025, around 1:30.

Starbucks typically doesn’t serve coffee with creamer/sugar in it (it’s self serve off to the side). I have a broken leg and Rylan asked how I take my coffee and helped me out. Just appreciate the extra mindfulness in such a busy environment.

Me and my family visited this location on August 5th. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks before ever!! ( & I have went to a lot lol) While in line we were approached by a very kind woman , who greeted us and welcomed us to the store. She introduced herself telling us she was the manager K-J and just wanted to get to know some of her customers. We spoke for a few minutes and she then said with a smile “ all your drinks today are on me”. It made our day!! She was so sweet and such a positive light. While waiting for our drinks I overheard two of the baristas speaking to each other and they were saying that they are here to support each other and help one another to be successful. I thought that was so refreshing and amazing to see. Very nice to see positivity like that while out and about. What an excellent experience, this Starbucks is doing it right!!! Thank you ?

Horrible! Here I am Drinking a Caramel drink, that tastes like Burnt milk and Match..... I watched them rush everything to the point she forgot. Watched how they rushed cleaned, that was laughable! There was 2 machine's and watched they worked, however only one person working. How it takes 20 minutes for a drink of hot Milk?
