Starbucks typically doesn’t serve coffee with creamer/sugar in it (it’s self serve off to the side). I have a broken leg and Rylan asked how I take my coffee and helped me out. Just appreciate the extra mindfulness in such a busy environment.
Me and my family visited this location on August 5th. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks before ever!! ( & I have went to a lot lol)
While in line we were approached by a very kind woman , who greeted us and welcomed us to the store. She introduced herself telling us she was the manager K-J and just wanted to get to know some of her customers. We spoke for a few minutes and she then said with a smile “ all your drinks today are on me”....

I stop at this location before work most days and on Thursday May 23rd I witnessed what appeared to be a manager demeaning and talking very rude to a staff member in front of customers.The staff member looked very distressed by the way this manager was treating him and I felt the need to write a review about it because if anyone talked to me like that at my work I would be filing a formal complaint with WorkSafe BC under the bullying and harassment category.The level of disrespect...
