The drink I got was made well, not too sweet like I requested! Although, I waited 10+ minutes for it. As I waited, so did 8-9 other people. There were 2 staff making drinks, and a lady with darker red hair changing garbages and stocking lids. Maybe that’s normal for Starbucks? I know there is a time for that, you need to be prepared for rushes. But, it seems everyone could have been out of there a lot quicker if she’d helped the staff with the clearly large sum of orders....
Starbucks typically doesn’t serve coffee with creamer/sugar in it (it’s self serve off to the side). I have a broken leg and Rylan asked how I take my coffee and helped me out. Just appreciate the extra mindfulness in such a busy environment.
Me and my family visited this location on August 5th. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks before ever!! ( & I have went to a lot lol)
While in line we were approached by a very kind woman , who greeted us and welcomed us to the store. She introduced herself telling us she was the manager K-J and just wanted to get to know some of her customers. We spoke for a few minutes and she then said with a smile “ all your drinks today are on me”....
