I stopped in here for lunch today and ordered a regular sized donair with half chicken and half beef. It was just the right size for me and I have a good appetite. I usually order a footlong sub and I felt more full after this regular sized donair. The meat and sauces were really flavor filled and the veggies were crisp and fresh. It was a really delicious donair! And the gentleman making the sandwiches was friendly and helpful. Id come back here again for sure.

Dropped in while we were in Kelowna and the donair was very tasty! The owner was extremely friendly and it was a great food option over other fast food. Would come back next time we're here!

Awful food in the town the lady was the owner is not good she is not nice she don’t Care for my order When my sons ate the food it come out hair from the food When I asked the owner is not replace the food She was so mad why I asked the replace the food they are so bad customer service never go back again I suggest don’t go there again

The food has been consistent for over 20 years. Ibstarted going to Sub City when they had one location 20 years ago. Now they have grown but their food is consistent across multiple locations. It's always been the Jumbo Beef and the Spicy Fries for me. Their fries and dip cannot be had anywhere else. Love this place.
It's a subcity Donair. Fast delicious and you know what to expect. The usual two guys that I thought owned it weren't working. First time I havent seen them there. A younger guy was working.... Slow slow service. Maybe he was just starting s Though.

The chicken was very dry. Pre cooked and put in a warmer. They do give you a lot of sides. But just very dry even with sauces. Fried pickles are yummy.

We were craving Donairs and this was the closest place to where we were. The place is dated looking. They don't put much meat on the beef and chicken donair and the pita bread was sort of dry. Lots of topping options that fell out of bottom.Don't think I will be going back there. The guy behind the counter didn't seem very friendly or happy.
