First time having donair in Kelowna and it was absolutely the worst. It’s definitely not a donair. It was completely soggy and had no flavour I will not be returning and I hope others don’t either. I would give them zero stars if I could absolutely disgusting and a disgrace to what a real donate is suppose to

I love the falafel salad here, I get it all the time. One of my favourite salads. I get the spicy tahini dressing & regular tahini, then load with every vegetable & all toppings. It’s bursting with flavour. I would more but they don’t have many gluten free options, I wish they did. The workers we’ve interacted with are nice & that makes it a good experience. It’s convenient, the food is ready quick & the prices are good

Fantastic find on our way back from a swim. The owner (Jenn) was wonderful, the donairs were superb, spicy fries are a must and with that SubCity Donair KLO has easily made their way into one of my favourite donair places of all time.
The amount of food you get for your dollar is impressive, and it’s always yummy! Produce in the bins is fresh and tidy, so no unexpected bits in your wrap ? The service is excellent and they are always smiling and friendly.

We ordered from skip the dishes and I would like to suggest putting chicken stripes and fries on ur menus idk why ur whole menu isn't up on skip the dishes very disappointed and our donaires were cold

I ordered veggie fries on Monday and the fries were so awesome. Customer service by Nav is excellent. I really recommend her. She’s a gem for the store. She definitely deserves a raise.
Absolute trash , ordered a donair sub , the meat was cold , the bun was pieced together and dry, putting it on a hot press did nothing ,didn't even melt the cheese, was a mess to eat and tossed the second half away . Sad

Other Sub city's use a dark spice recipe for fries (legendary). This location is not the same recipe. Like the owner needed to penny pinch just a little bit more. You ruined this location.

Absolutely adore this place; the food is always fresh, great falafel, the seasoned fries are the best… but the staff is what keeps me coming back! The young lady that works during the week is always so inviting, sweet and always asks me how my day is going. I’ve seen her super hard and efficient when the students bombard the place. She is a true gem, and is deserving of all the tips!
