I stopped in to this Subway on my way home to try the viral footlong nachos. The nachos had great value for what they were and they satisfied my craving for nachos while likely saving me 1000's of calories compared to if I would have made some at home.
However, it was the outstanding service that I received to where I would go back again just to support a business in my local community and to support the employees that work there.
I want to give a shoutout to your team Raman, Khushmeet, and Jagmeet. I was greeted by Khushmeet and he took a genuine interest in me and how my day was going and he also went out of his way to let me know if I needed anything else as I was eating inside. Jagmeet, made my nachos - she was efficient and she was enjoyable to chat with especially since she was witty and funny. Raman, was on break eating but she still engaged with me to ask me how my day was going and after chatting with her some, I found out that she is highly motivated and even has a degree in Global Asset Management so she's a smart cookie as well!

Old stale bread thats hard on one side and not the othet. Extremely shy on the vegetables I have to ask 3 times for more olive and literally got 4 pieces of spinach on my foot long.

OK, my first Google Review. I was just so incredibly impressed by the manager at this Subway. He took absolute pride in every detail, from the cleanliness to the friendliness, I was very happy to have stopped in. But by far the most outstanding was how much he cared about making my sandwich. Yes, it should taste great and the same from end to end! Ingredients were spilling out the sides! Best Subway sandwich ever!! THANK YOU!
Two girls working this afternoon at Yates road location were miserable and rolled their eyes when we asked for a roasted chicken sandwich. Haven’t been to a subway in awhile and didn’t realize it was discontinued. Every step of making the sandwich we chose seemed to be a chore for her. No customer service has been taught at this location at all.

Great customer service, neat and clean store. The evening staff girl's behavior is amazing while preparing the order. As i am vegetarian so i ask them to change the gloves and they didn't show me any rude behavior and gave me a great service. My preference goes to this store when i want to have subway sandwich.

Subs are now so small i couldnt be bothered to go back ever again now . They say bun is 25% smaller . Seems to me like much more . Nothing can fit inside now . Looked like a Mayo and lettuce sub ?♂️
