Manager was very rude. I asked for extra veggies (I ordered online and selected more for every veggie) and she was very snooty about it saying they can only put so much with deals. I haven't been to subway in a while and won't be coming back to this one. I used to bring in real good coupons and still got however much lettuce, spinach, etc I wanted on my sandwhich. She didn't have to be so snooty about it. Not cool. And she only put the bare minimum on my sandwich. Not impressed.

Go here once and awhile seems to be in the evenings service is poor either they are limited menu (bread) usually only brown when I've gone. Last night went at 7:30 on a Sunday fully closed. The stickers they got on the drive through says open till 10 on Sunday but guess not. Such a poorly run location.

Now I'm not the kind of person to make a scene about it, but being in there and ordering myself and watching how they treated us vs how they treated other Indo-Canadians was jaw-dropping.
They can't get orders right. They are extremely rude. They refuse to make modifications that are literally cheaper. I've never had an experience like this at any other location in town.
This owner should lose the franchise.

Don't go to this subway I order a steak and bacon sub and got a chicken sub I live 9km away by the time I got home and found out they wanted me to bring the sub back to exchange for the right sub horrible customer service I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !!°

Guy who served me today was very rude and not welcoming looks like he was in hurry asked for Italian herbs gave me plane Italian and force me to have it like it was my fault he didn’t hear my order buddy if you hate your job so much quit and do something else because of the attitude and atmosphere you present definitely you don’t bring costumers to place you work!

If you are wanting Subway, don’t go to this one. I ordered two sandwiches and ended up with an amalgamation of the two. Sauces were switched and wrong, meat was swapped, veggies were moved around, and one sandwich was toasted even though it hadn’t been asked to be on either. This isn’t the first time either! Don’t go to this
