Great food on the go

Would give zero star if I could. We had a pickup order at 9:15pm. Their doors were closed an hour early while they close at 10pm. Then after knocking on the door for few minutes, one staff member directed us to go in the drive-thru. When we ate our sandwiches we realized that there are few items missing in both of our sandwiches. We were MISSING NINE ITEMS in our order. We were missing banana peppers, crispy onions, cheese, mayonnaise, chipotle, garlic aioli, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
Hoping to hear from the management and get a refund.
Also, believe the 1 star review that you see here. Not worth it to spend money at this location.

The food is regular, after all, it is subway, but the girl who attends in the morning is always talking on the phone, serves you anything and also makes you wait a long time and all the time is talking on the phone.

I came in for lunch and while I was ordering my sandwich. The lady running the drive-through had me go to the refrigerator three times for her while the other worker making my sandwich waited for me to bring her the beverages each time.
The first time I didn’t mind you know I’m gonna be polite and nice, but then she basically demanded me to grab the beverages for the second and third time.
I don’t see why she couldn’t do it herself and I don’t mean to sound rude, but I’m a paying customer. I shouldn’t have to do your work for you while I’m trying to order my sandwich.
Once I finally was paying for my sandwich, I felt that they didn’t deserve a tip and of course I got a nasty look and told that tips are necessary.

Worst Subway location in town. Rotten, slimy looking veggies, and rude, unhelpful, miserable staff. Any time we’ve shown up in the evening over the years it’s a 50/50 chance they’ll even have their doors unlocked, during open hours. You can see the staff inside on their phones ignoring customers at the locked door. I know several people who have experienced this too.

i made an order for pickup through the app this past monday at 8:50 PM, and when i got to the store to pickup at 9:15 they had closed the store an hour earlier than their posted hours online and on the front door. i have contacted their support team that same night, and have still yet to hear back outside of a token email stating they’ve taken my report into consideration. they took my money and rewards points and have left me with nothing with close to zero response after four days. be careful ordering through the app or just after 7 PM period, this store repeatedly closes early and then won’t give you a refund for stuff you paid for and weren’t able to receive.
additional edit: i have received an email from them now stating they have just closed my support ticket. they have not refunded my money or points. THIS STORE WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY AND THE COMPANY WILL JUST LET THEM! subway support doesn’t care about its stores STEALING MONEY FROM YOU!!!!!!!

Young lady serving did not change her gloves at all. Handling food then going to the till, handling cash and then back to the food. Did this several times. One of my friends went up and confronted the staff about this. They did change their gloves then and made her a new bowl. Is Foodsafe not being taught?

Dont normally leave bad reviews, but it seems every time I come here the service is worst & worst. Everyone working here that ive met is rude & unpleasant. Won't be comming back

Manager was very rude. I asked for extra veggies (I ordered online and selected more for every veggie) and she was very snooty about it saying they can only put so much with deals. I haven't been to subway in a while and won't be coming back to this one. I used to bring in real good coupons and still got however much lettuce, spinach, etc I wanted on my sandwhich. She didn't have to be so snooty about it. Not cool. And she only put the bare minimum on my sandwich. Not impressed.
Rude service
Subway is like that girl you took home from the bar a few times. Not exciting enough to date, but good enough when you are hungry and know what you are getting.
Not good at all.nerver go here.go to the Winfield subway it's much better.
